After a day of adventure in the great outdoors or nearby casinos, return to this remodeled 1BR South Lake Tahoe house. Highlights include a private hot tub, furnished deck, and shed full of winter and summer gear.

This private and secluded home is located right on the convenient bus stop -- pick-up is at the end of the driveway.

LIVING AREA

Start a fire in the gas fireplace and watch a movie on the 50in TV. Claim your spot on the plush couch or overstuffed recliner.

Extra guests can take advantage of the queen Murphy bed located between the living room and kitchen.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchen boasts black granite countertops, handsome cabinets, and full-size appliances including a gas oven with four-burner stove, microwave, and dishwasher. Pour a cup of coffee and find a seat at the breakfast table for four.

BED & BATH

Tuck in for the night in the bedroom, complete with a Premiere Cool Touch Purple Mattress and twin daybed with a twin trundle underneath. It also offers a TV and French doors out to the patio.

The bathroom is detailed with dark tile, a large pedestal sink, and a unique walk-in shower.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Soak away in the sunken hot tub on the patio.

A BBQ grill offers an easy solution for dinner and a picnic table and bistro table for two offer alfresco dining space.

EXTRA PERKS & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi, a washer/dryer, and driveway parking for two vehicles is provided.

A small shed houses all kinds of gear available for guest use including bikes, kayaks, life jackets, chairs, sleds, and sand toys.

Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

LOCATION

Do some serious power shopping at the Tahoe Crescent V Shopping Center, only 12 minutes away on foot or 10 minutes by bus.

Get a birds' eye view of the area on the Heavenly Mountain Resort gondola (2 minutes) and tear up the powder on the resort's slopes. In the summer months, biking and hiking allow you to see the beautiful mountain sights.

For even more summer fun, Ski Run Marina (3 minutes) rents boats for water skiing and wakeboarding, or just cruising if you're feeling more low-key.

Feeling lucky? Harrah's Lake Tahoe resort and casino is only a 3-minute drive away or hop on the bus to get there in under 20 minutes.

Welcome to the City of South Lake Tahoe, and thank you for choosing to
vacation here. While enjoying your time, we would like to remind you of some
important community expectations and rules for guests staying in our
neighborhoods outside of the Tourist Core. We believe that you, your family, and
friends can have an amazing vacation while still being respectful and
considerate to the neighbors around you.

City of South Lake Tahoe Short Term Rental Ordinances

a. The maximum occupancy of this property at all times, 24 hours a day,
is 2 persons. Up to 4 children aged 13 and under do not count
towards this occupancy limit.
b. Weddings, receptions, and commercial events are prohibited.
c. No use of outdoor spas or hot tubs is allowed after 10pm or before
8am.
d. No outdoor amplified music, speakers, or other noise-generating
equipment is allowed after 10pm or before 8am.
e. Parking is prohibited on unpaved surfaces or on neighboring private
property without permission. Parking is allowed only on paved
Surfaces. Only 2 vehicles allowed.
f. Parking of commercial vehicles on the property is prohibited, except
temporarily for durations of less than 4 hours.
g. Camping and sleeping in tents, travel trailers, campers, or
recreational vehicles is prohibited at the property.
h. Trash and recycling shall not be left or stored outside except in a
container (trash can) within a bear box or in an animal-resistant cart
provided for use by South Tahoe Refuse.
i. Trash day is every Friday. ☐ Bear box: All trash shall be stored
in the bear box and will be collected from the bear box by South
Tahoe Refuse on trash day. ☐ No bear box: Trash and recycling shall
not be brought out to the curb before 6:00am on trash day, and shall
be removed from the curb no later than 6:00pm on trash day.

Violations of any of these conditions of operation are subject to
citations and fines starting at $1,500 per violation may be issued to both occupant
and to the property owner.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Sweet little cabin in great location

Super cute and spacious enough for us to comfortably stay for a month. Far enough off the street that road noise was minimal at night. Walking distance to many amenities, including shopping and dining! Enjoyed and would consider thia home again for next trip!

This was a very comfy cabin. The property managers from Vacasa were very accommodating. It is on a busier street although because it was tucked away from the road you could not hear any traffic. Very close to walk down to Heavenly and Casinos.

Great summer getaway!

Great location and nice facilities. It was a little hot, so the property could use an air conditioner, but we brought fans so we were still able to enjoy our experience. The hot tub could use some work.

Near-perfect house for our stay, with one major setback.

The property was quite clean. In a GREAT location. Smart, functional layout and use of space throughout. The hot tub was perfect. Good value for the price. Very welcoming! We truly enjoyed our stay. The major setback was no option for AC; no window unit and only one ceiling fan located in the living room. Middle of July and high 80-degree temps made being inside each afternoon and sleeping at night very uncomfortable. Really did detract from our stay. Adding a window unit AC, and/or a powerful fan in the bedroom may result in more Five-Star ratings. It would have for us. We would not stay here again without an AC or more fans. The recliner needs to be replaced as it sags so badly that it cannot recline. It is broken. Incredibly uncomfortable and out of place in an otherwise well-managed layout. No one in our party could/would stand to sit in it for long.

Nice for a Short Stay

Location was good. Close to shopping and casinos. It was perfect for 3 adults, but would be a little bit tight for more than that. The interior was spotless. The exterior needed to be hosed down and have spider webs removed. The hot tub was nice. Overall it was nice for a short stay.

Windows and dust under beds was awful. Couldn’t find heater remote, so bedroom was cold. The yard was not kept up at all.

Excellent Location and stay. Clean and had everything we needed. The only problem was that the screen on the hottub controls was not working, so we were not able to control the temperature of the hot tub to what we wanted it.

Wife’s Bday

Great home for a couple, very clean, great location, and would definitely stay again. Hot tub was very nice to have at night after long days hiking. We used the propane grille every night to avoid the crowds at the restaurants (Covid). Loved that. House has everything you need to cook with. You can walk or ride the beach cruisers (provided) into town center. Everyone wears masks and sanitizes hands in every store/restaurant when you do go to town. So, no worries there. We spent an afternoon shopping, all good. Shower has good pressure with hot water almost immediately. Slept in the Murphy bed One night, it was comfortable enough, if adults were to use. Kids would be perfectly happy in it. If you stay here during the summer, as we did, you’re going to want a fan for the Master BR. There is no ceiling fan. We slept with all the windows open, cracked the French doors, but air needs a little help moving through the Master. There is a fireplace and space heaters if you stay during the ski season. I would highly recommend this house and will definitely stay here again.

Great Cabin & Access to Everything Tahoe Offers

My family and I rented summer 2019 and it's has one of the nicest curb appeal driveway and the cabin is super comfortable and had the best access to Pioneer Trail and downtown. Our 2 cubs loved the stroll into Lakeside Beach which made it all worth it.

Great little place.

This place was the perfect size for my wife and I and our two pups. It's located very close to town, so there are plenty of restaurants and shopping to choose from. It's also a very quick 10-15 minute drive to the lake and located close to ski destinations. We enjoyed the hot tub which was hot and ready to use when we arrived and the place was clean and comfortable. We would stay here again in the future.

Not a bad little place

First the property is just as it is described small and quaint. The perfect size for a quick little getaway. Just about everything is within walking distance. However, when we first arrived the hot tub was not warmed up and ready to go. The only reason we chose this property was for the hot tub. It took 14 hours for it to warm up. We called just after we checked in to get some assistance and we were told someone would contact us to help us. No one ever called or came by the property. We finally figured it out after about two hours. Also, the comforters on each bed had not been washed. They were completely covered in dog hair. I understand animals are allowed on the property, but the place should be cleaned after as if non were present prior to the next guests use. In short we really did have a fabulous time and I would recommend this place to anyone, maybe just text ahead of time and see if they can preheat the hot tub for you. We lost one cold nights use because of it. We booked our stay for four nights stay with the money we spent I really expected for everything to go off without a hitch. VRBO’s customer assistance was great up until the hot tub was not functioning properly. However, I’m sure we will book through them again.
