Enjoy a fun-filled getaway in South Lake Tahoe at this family-friendly, three-level condo! The main entrance to the condo will take you to the first level where you'll come across a bedroom with a flatscreen TV with cable and two beds and a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo. Climb up the stairs to the second and main level of this well-equipped escapade. Here you'll find an open floor plan seamlessly and effortlessly combining the kitchen, dining area, and living room. No one will ever feel left out here! Let your friends rest and unwind while you surprise them with a tasty meal prepared in the fully-equipped kitchen. It might not be the most spacious kitchen, but it has been thoughtfully equipped with the best appliances that include a full-size fridge, four-burner stove, coffee maker, and even a dishwasher that will take care of doing the dishes.

The breakfast bar has space for three people whenever quick breakfasts or meals on the go must happen. But if you're in the mood for a family meal, the dining table can seat up to four people. The living room is quite inviting with dark wood touches here and there, a ceiling fan, a three-person sofa, two armchairs, a gas fireplace, and a cable TV. Schedule an entertaining movie night with your friends after a fun day outside and snuggle by the fire with tasty snacks in hand. This level also features a convenient, furnished balcony to take in the views and enjoy the relaxing breeze. Reach the loft through the spiral staircase and you'll find a bunk and another bed. Guests of this charming retreat will be granted access to the complex's shared amenities that include a firepit and gas grills on the lakeside patio next to the beach and Lake Tahoe, laundry facilities, hot tub, and a pool.

Here you'll enjoy a great location in South Lake Tahoe. Close to skiing, The Heavenly Village, walking distance to grocery stores, and on the bike path. There is a private beach for the Lakeland Village Complex, so beachgoers better pack their best swimsuits to fully take advantage of this convenient location! You'll also enjoy easy access to hiking and biking on world-famous trails. Try your hand at horseback riding at Camp Richardson Corral, six and a half miles from the home, or visit Magic Carpet Miniature Golf, two and a half miles.

Things to Know
When there is not a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow.
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m to 9 a.m. hours. In addition no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no surveillance cameras inside the home.

Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
