Accommodating a family of 8, this lovely air-conditioned townhome in a gated complex offers an open-concept living space, a 55-inch TV, stone fireplace, chef’s kitchen & balcony with grill and stunning views.

This home has comfortable sleeping & dining for a family of 8 if children are included. It cannot host more than 8 adults. This applies 24/7.

Once you and your family open the front door, you’ll know you booked the right home! The open-concept floor plan creates an ideal atmosphere for connection and relaxation. The living room on the second floor is perfect for cozying up around the stone fireplace or watching a movie on the mounted 55” TV. The balcony is perfect for grilling out or breathing in that fresh mountain air while taking in the stunning views of the neighboring meadow.

The stunning, fully updated kitchen will be a delight for the chef of the group. With granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, this is the great workspace to whip up a home cooked meal. There’s even plenty of room for any helping hands & three stools at the kitchen island. When your meal is hot & ready to be served the dining table is just steps away, seats & has an incredible view of the meadow. So many family memories will be made laughing around the dining table.

When you're ready for a good night's rest, you can relax in one of the three comfy bedrooms. Downstairs is the primary suite w/ its own private patio, king bed, & ensuite bathroom featuring a jetted tub & large walk-in shower. The other downstairs bedroom has two queen beds & shares the downstairs hallway bathroom w/ a shower/tub combo. The upstairs bedroom has a king sized bed & shares the upstairs hallway bath w/ a shower/tub combo.

EXCELLENT! Our gathering of 6 friends from Oklahoma and Texas had a wonderful time here. Great location - near restaurants, etc. Lots of room for everyone - 4 playing bridge and 2 watching football without disturbing each other. Small issue - Owners, please note that your management company cleaners are supplying 1 ply toilet paper - a very poor economy. Everything else - WONDERFUL.

There were 3 of us that stayed. The house was beautiful and very clean!! We all enjoyed the stay. We felt very safe being 3 women staying. The condo was very close to Heavenly Village, which was terrific. My daughter and I loved the arcade game in our condo. We had lots of laughs and fun with that. My MIL said that was the BEST sleep she had gotten in along time. Thank you so much!!

Very comfortable and good location. Kitchen needs more plastic storage containers of all sizes. The crockpot was missing which we had planned to use for several meals. Extra towels would have been nice. One set per person for a week long stay wasn’t enough.

Beautiful home away from home

Our family had a wonderful stay at this property in South Lake Tahoe. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine, the lights turned on for us, as well as the music channel playing as we entered the door. The beds were comfortable, the open concept kitchen/living room/dining room made visiting easy, and the corner location next to the wooded area was very nice. Of particular note was the property management team, who responded very quickly to all of our inquiries and provided support regarding various appliances and the fireplace (in this case a very helpful video!). One recommendation we would suggest is to provide additional kitchen gadgets (a larger cheese grater, lids for all pots, etc.), but with a rental property we realize this is not always easy. One final note: the property inspector was a very friendly fellow who made us feel even more welcome!

Best of the Best

We have stayed in many vacation rentals - this one writes the book for best of the best. The property manager is very communicative, and helpful. The home is exceptionally clean, well maintained, comfortable, well furnished and supplied with useable items. We felt very comfortable, like we were at "home" here, and enjoyed a lovely extended weekend with our family. Not only will we want to stay here again, but we will also look for places managed by RNR. LOVED IT!!

Great Location With Easy Access To Everything Lake Tahoe

This was a sisters road trip and I had my dog. The place has plenty of room and lots of amenities for people and pets and was very clean. The location is very convenient for day trips all around the Lake Tahoe region. We had a few minor issues upon arrival and the RnR team was quick to respond/repair. For future travelers when you are warned about bears, please take it seriously. There are holes in the fences surrounding this gated community including near the corner primary bedroom downstairs (assuming to have bears pass through versus them tear down the fence) and we saw the BIGGEST bear I've ever seen walking thru the parking lot. It was an awesome site to see!!! Thankfully we weren't outside with the dog. Anyways, the place is very comfortable and look forward to another visit to Beautiful Lake Tahoe!!

Lake Tahoe vacation

We had an amazing vacation and the home was great however, u don’t enjoy doing steps, this is not your home! It is in a great location ( close to the beach, restaurants and gambling and can accommodate a larger family with the many bedrooms and bathrooms! It was very clean and kitchen had everything! Great laundry room! Love to Be able to walk everywhere! Will be back!
