Nous appelons cette maison Tahoe Keys Mountain Vistas, car avec deux ponts arrière et des baies vitrées, vous pouvez profiter de l'eau et des montagnes de presque n'importe où. Cette maison est vraiment la meilleure valeur dans les Tahoe Keys!

Un endroit idéal pour les familles qui aiment les jeux et les films. Il y a une sélection de jeux de société et une collection de plus de 500 DVD. Le nouveau quai fait passer du temps sur l'eau un jeu d'enfant.

L'emplacement de cette maison est imbattable, juste au bord de l'eau dans le quartier le plus populaire de South Lake! Accès à la plage privée, à la piscine communautaire intérieure et extérieure, au bain à remous commun, aux terrains de volley-ball, à la cour des enfants et aux courts de tennis, à proximité des casinos, des magasins et des restaurants de Stateline, du Heavenly Valley Resort, de la magnifique baie d'Emerald et de nombreuses randonnées, sentiers de vélo et de raquette. Idéal pour la famille pour se détendre et passer du temps ensemble, cet espace de vie à aire ouverte comprend une télévision de 50 pouces, un foyer au gaz et des sièges confortables pour 5 personnes. Il y a aussi une table de jeu avec des sièges pour 3. Profitez d'un accès instantané à la cuisine, à la salle à manger et à la terrasse arrière dans cette grande salle au deuxième étage.

Le chef du groupe adorera cette cuisine bien approvisionnée. Il y a beaucoup d'espace de comptoir pour aider les mains ainsi que 3 tabourets le long du comptoir. Lorsque la nourriture est chaude et prête à être servie, la table à manger est à quelques pas et peut accueillir 6 personnes. Si vous préférez dîner en plein air, il y a une table sur le pont avec 4 chaises ainsi qu'un barbecue à gaz. Au rez-de-chaussée, il y a un autre pont pour profiter de la vue.

Quand il est temps de se coucher, il y a 4 chambres pour poser la tête. Le maître est à l'étage et 3 chambres sont au rez-de-chaussée. Le maître à l'étage est complet avec salle de bain attenante, douche à l'italienne et double vasque. Il y a une autre salle de bain complète à l'étage et une salle de bain complète récemment rénovée en bas. Toutes les salles de bains ont des douches à l'italienne.

Il n'y a pas de climatisation dans cette maison.

We had a fantastic family trip here. Grandpa had a blast fishing off the dock, and the rest of us were happy with how clean and comfy the rooms were. The kitchen was also a big plus, fully stocked with all the cooking tools you could need. Just a heads-up: the upstairs living room has no curtains, so it gets pretty sunny in there!

Great Cabin! Definitely coming back!

Our family had such a great time at the cabin! The kitchen had everything we needed. The grill/deck/patio was perfect! The boat dock was perfect for the boat we rented. Not only was the experience great, the owner did an outstanding job and was responsive to our needs! I am glad I found this cabin. I would definitely recommend this cabin to others and would highly consider coming back!

I love Lake Tahoe Keys

I arrived later than the rest of my family because I had to finish some stressful work. However, when I got there, I began to have a wonderful relaxing time. The view from the porch is excellent and very peaceful. We ate out at some very nice local restaurants and went to a casino for some fun. I played in the poker tournament and finished in 4th place. That was good, but they only paid the first 3 places. LOL on me. Anyway, the house and the area are beautiful and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect Home to Relax and Recharge

This home was the perfect place for us to relax and recharge. The layout with Master, Kitchen and Living/Dining upstairs was so convenient. Beautiful and spacious upstairs deck with morning and afternoon sun. Most importantly for us — the dock was in great shape. Plenty of room for our 23 ft pontoon with a wide key and easy access to lake. Just as an FYI in the summer - the weed containment equipment launches from the empty lot next door so you will hear them on weekdays in the morning and evening. They don’t work on weekends. But the staff is very quiet and professional and the work really didn’t bother us. My only issue was the mattresses — not comfortable at all. But this is the case with most rentals we have booked in the keys. We loved this home and have already booked it for next summer.

Location Excellence

After renting several lake houses over the years, I now consider my opinion on the experience as professional. Being an avid boater, I feel that not only are the living accommodations important, but the dock and accessibility by boat weigh heavily in my decisions. First off, this is by far the cleanest and most well organized rental I have had the pleasure of staying in. The kitchen that overlooks the deck and waterfront was perfect for entertaining and cooking while enjoying the view and the groups company. The rest of the house was just as neat and tidy. The bedrooms were clean, bathrooms were plenty, and the views out of the bedrooms were nice to wake up to. Needless to say, the description was very accurate. My personal favorite part of this vacation was cruising the Keys by boat and checking out the sites. Getting out to open water was easy and takes only about 10 minutes or so. Take a ride up to Camp Richardson and get their famous nachos with a rum runner. Good times! This home ended up being perfect for our vacation and I'm sure anyone would enjoy it as much as we did. The owners were very helpful and responsive via email which made us comfortable in making our decision as well.

Beautiful modern home in quiet waterfront setting

We had the best family reunion/vacation ever. The house was recently updated and very clean and modern. The setting was very peaceful and quiet set near the back of the Keys which produced very slow infrequent boat traffic. Our kids had a safe and wonderful experience fishing and swimming/boating right off the dock. The property was well equipped with kids kayaks and SUP boards along with PFDs. There was easy access to walking/running trails and a short distance to town, with many stores assessable without even entering the busy main roads. The house was newly updated and offered everything we wanted with only 2 exceptions. We were a party of 9 and we're only provided 6 shower towels. We supplemented with the provided beach towels, but ended up doing laundry washing/drying the 6 white ones more often than desired on vacation. The other missing item was kitchen towels. There were none provided and only 1 1/2 rolls of paper towel for drying dishes and kitchen clean up. Beds and room set ups were perfect for our group. Furniture and electronics were all in fine working condition. Overall we were vary happy and will hope to return again.

The perfect Tahoe stay! Beautifully remodeled home with open living room/kitchen and awesome views!

My friends and I just had a fantastic time at this beautiful Tahoe Keys home. We had a party of 12, and we all slept comfortably with some extra air mattresses we brought. Without them, I believe 12 people would still sleep comfortably since the owners have two available cots (new). The main reason we chose this home was the location (<10 minute drive to the casinos and ~20 minutes to Sierra-at-Tahoe resort), in addition to the large open living room and kitchen, which was by far our favorite feature of the house. Speaking of the living room and kitchen, they are nicely remodeled: large plasma HDTV above the fireplace, clean furniture, and brand new kitchen and lighting. Most of us spent our times hanging out in the kitchen/living room area watching TV, playing games, cooking, eating, and going outside from time to time to enjoy the lovely views. The large open area fit all 12 of us comfortably and it was a great area for everyone to hang out. The kitchen is well stocked with tableware, plates, bowls, cups, great selection of spices, and even has a very nice espresso maker (with coffee). The outside grill took a me longer to light, but it worked well to grill some nice steaks. If you plan on cooking on your stay, this is an ideal kitchen for all your cooking. The owners were very responsive and even let us have a late checkout when we were too tired from the night before. We were most impressed with the details of the house: large assortment of spices in the kitchen, plenty of kitchen utensils, flashlight/night lights throughout the house, sleds and fishing poles in the garage, and a nice sound system and variety of DVDs. We could really tell the owners put a lot of thought and care in decorating and furnishing the home, and we were very impressed. All in all a fantastic stay! We would definitely rent this home again for our annual snowboarding trip!

Stay during heatwave

Overall we enjoyed this property. Most everything has been updated though the Master bath is in need of help. We didn’t even use the shower due to the condition but the updated hall bath worked just fine. Please know there is no air conditioning which seems to be typical. Since we happened to stay during the heatwave, having no AC did impact our stay. No one can control the weather but I would recommend having a large fan for the main living area and not just the bedrooms as the ceiling fans were not enough to help cool during the day. I would also recommend blinds for the large sliding windows to minimize the sun elevating the inside temperature during the day. Weather aside, the house is so n a quiet neighborhood and has a convenient location. As for the neighborhood amenities(extra charge for use), the beach and inside pool were nice but the exterior pool is in need of some TLC.

Too Hot

We booked this property in order to have easy use and access to our boat. Positives: the house was clean, spacious, mostly updated, good bedding and beds, nice dock, easy use of boat slip, updated kitchen appliances, well stocked kitchen, rokus on all tv's to access entertainment apps, 2/3 remodeled bathrooms, mostly quiet evenings due to noise ordinances Negatives: -We checked in on a Saturday at 2:30 and the HOA facility closes at 2 on Saturdays and Sundays, so we could not get the documents to launch our boat or the key cards to access pool and beach areas. Property management company should have communicated the hours of the HOA facility. -The upper level gets insanely hot. There are no window treatments on any of the windows in the common area, so the sun hits it all day long. Owners desperately need to add window treatments.

Great stay for family

We enjoyed our stay as a family. We liked the space and open floor design. The house is located in a good neighborhood and it was easy to access to many places such as restaurants, cafes, mini golf, and bike trails. We even found a beach by riding a bike around. The house is not new but the majority of the house is updated. Only drawback was geese waste everywhere and it was hard to walk around without stepping on it. Overall, great stay!

Awesome Memorial Weekend

We definitely have memories to cherish from this amazing Memorial Weekend! The property was perfect for our group of 6 to spend 5 nights. Direct access to the dock and lounging by the water was perfect. We were blessed with perfect weather as well. The management team was great, communicating prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. Unfortunately we were told that the city of SLT passed an ordinance banning future short term rentals. Glad we got the opportunity before that takes effect.

We had a Thursday night visit from a mama bear and her 4 cubs that only heightened our experience. We highly recommend this property for all seasons.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Location was good. However the lack of seating and size of 1 small couch for a home that sleeps 10 was unrealistic for guests to enjoy the 1 common living space. There were no extra towels or laundry soap provided to wash the linens and towels. It was our understanding basic washing provisions would be provided. There was a child like broom provided for clean up. No mop. If a family is renting a home for multiple days and daily cleaning service is not provided than basic cleaning equipment should be included.

Reviewer Comments: The rental experience at Tahoe Keys Mountain Vistas was great, however the only exception is that the power in one of the rooms downstairs did not work after the first night. We could not get it to work for some reason. Other than that everything worked out great and the kitchen was well equipped.

Wonderful Girls Weekend

Could not have asked for a better house. Place was cleaned before arrival and check in was super easy. Woke up every morning to the best water views. Location was perfect and we even saw a few bears walking around the neighborhood.

Nice stay in the Tahoe keys

Had a great stay in the Tahoe Keys. Everything was as described and we enjoyed the property very much. Was a bit worried with the lack of HVAC but it was just fine with the Tahoe weather. Gave the check in process 4 out of 5 due to the a small hiccup with the cleaner being late which delayed our check in process slightly. The only other issue we had was the back boat dock had a TON of duck poop which we cleaned ourselves, but not sure that could have been avoided becuase they came back again the next day after we cleaned it and made a mess again lol. Overall we had a great stay and would stay here again!

Great house in a terrific location

House was fantastic! Had everything we needed. Kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and essentials. House felt very clean and maintained. Location was excellent being right in the Keys. The paddle board and kayaks came in handy, too. There were also fans for each room in the event the days were warm. Would definitely stay again.
