• To check in at the resort, Rentshare must provide the resort with one primary check-in guest for the reservation. Only one guest can be added to the reservation.
• By default, we add the VRBO guest who made the reservation, since VRBO has already verified their identity. If another guest will be the person checking in, please notify us before the reservation is accepted so we can submit the correct name to the resort.
• The resort will verify the primary guest’s identity and age at check-in with a valid government-issued ID.
Changing the Primary Check-In Guest
• If the primary check-in guest needs to be changed after the reservation is made, we need at least 48 hours’ notice before check-in to submit a change request to the resort. All changes are subject to resort approval.
• Rentshare cannot change the primary check-in guest on the day of check-in. The resort only allows the guest listed on the reservation to check in, and same-day changes are not permitted.
• Rentshare is not responsible for check-in issues caused by incorrect guest information, missing information, or failure to notify us in advance that a different guest will be checking in.
Timeshare Ownership Disclosure
• The Guest is booking lodging with included amenities at a timeshare resort.
• The accommodation is owned by an individual timeshare Owner, and your stay is facilitated and arranged by Rentshare on the Owner’s behalf.
