## Space

Amazing Location!

Literally 1.5 blocks from Highway 50 and Stateline and only a 6-minute walk to Heavenly Village & Gondola, casinos and restaurants. This is a private studio as part of a boutique 11 unit self-serve accommodation. Completely renovated in 2020. This is the largest studio unit (corner unit) featuring a dual sink bathroom with an oversized shower, kitchenette (induction double stovetop available upon request) w/Keurig machine, and a king bed. There is also a lounge area and a work desk. Equipped with a smart TV and on-demand streaming services (occupant needs to have subscription service/no cable). All TVs and wifi are connected to Gigabit cable connectivity.

*NO PARTIES: We have a strict 'No Party' policy-parties or events are not allowed. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am.*

*PETS: ONLY 1 PET ALLOWED (N/A to service animals, applicable to ESA's). A pet fee will apply; pets can not be left unattended in your room. Please add your pet to the reservation, or disclose your pet to our hospitality team after booking.

## Access

The unit is accessed off of Poplar Ave and has direct access from the parking area and has one assigned parking spot., space #6 This unit is completely private with its own locked entry. The doors are all equipped with smart locks. The unique access code will be generated and sent to you by SMS on the morning of your arrival, to the phone number on file.

Interaction

This is a self-serve stay. We are off-site hosts; there is no front desk or office, and we provide contactless self-check-in. We have a dedicated hospitality phone line in case of emergencies (24/7) and our team is available on call, text, or chat during 5 am - 1 am to help assist you during your stay!

Electric car charging (shared amenity)

South Lake Chalet offers 5 EV chargers for our registered guests’ use only. Please scan the QR code posted above chargers to follow payment instructions. Spots for unit 1 have access to one Tesla (white), and one J1772 (black) charger. Unit spots 2,3 and 4 share one white Tesla charger. Spots 7, 8, and 9 share one J1772 black charger. Unit spots 10, 11 and the ADA spot (please park with a valid placard only, to avoid being towed by the City) share one Tesla charger. Please do not leave your vehicle plugged in when not charging to allow other guests to have charging access. Should you require access to another charger type, please reach out to our hospitality team to coordinate access with other guests.

Beach Access Vouchers

All South Lake Chalet guests will receive a Lakeside Beach voucher for discounted, $5 per person beach access, valued at $30 per person, upon arrival. Beach wristbands purchased will also provide a 50% discount on beach chair and sun umbrella rentals from the Lakeside Beach Association. The beach is open between Memorial Day and closes mid-September, depending on the weather. Vouchers are not needed or provided during beach closure months.

Located within a 5-minute walk to the world-renowned Heavenly Village and Gondola, Gordon Ramsey Hell's Kitchen, casinos, and only a 10-minute walk to Lakeside Beach (private, access fee required). This location is ideal for those working remotely (with Gigabit internet connectivity) while enjoying everything South Lake Tahoe has to offer.

Transit

The Stateline Transit Center and Heavenly Gondola are only 4 blocks away.

We had a lovely stay. Everything as expected, comfy bed, great shower, and a short drive to town. The property managers were extremely responsive, friendly and flexible. We had to adjust our stay last minute and they were able to move us to a different unit to make it work. Would 100% recommend it!

Hidden gem that is a must for anyone visiting Tahoe

Very nice studio apartment like room that is very clean and tidy. Staff goes above and beyond to offer you the best comfort and stay for your visit. Full service and they even give you extra towels without asking! The room I stayed in was cheaper than staying in a room in the casino, love that smoking in the rooms is not allowed!

First Tahoe Trip

We enjoyed our stay in Chalet unit 6. The room was big enough and clean. Once we figured out the lock and the heater everything was perfect. Figuring out those things was user error and not a fault of the property management. Nice location, within walking distance to shops, restaurants, and casinos. We would stay again for sure.

Spectacular Find

This stay was newly renovated and when you walk in the door you can really feel the effort that was put into it. The bed was massive and the most comfortable I’ve ever slept in. The bathroom was modern and spacious. The room itself was spotless clean and very cozy. And finally, the location was right next to heavenly ski resort which was perfect since that allowed us to catch a few extra Zzz’s before skiing. 10/10 would stay again!

I stayed here for one night & I have no complaints! The email I received prior to arrival had all the instructions & information needed for my stay. The room was clean and looked just like the pictures online. The bed was comfortable, there were plenty of pillows & extra blankets. I will definitely book again for a future visit to Lake Tahoe.

Like having your own studio apartment...

This property is in an amazing location in South Lake. Walking distance to the lake, Heavenly Village and all of the restaurants and shops you could want. Check in was seamless as everything is virtual; there is no one on site. We did wish there wasn't an automatic light in the bathroom as it was bothersome at night. But otherwise very much enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to come back.

"A Fabulous Room"

WOW, what a wonderful room I was able to stay in last night!! The bedding was so "comfy", the double sinks in the bathroom were terrific and all the amenities were perfect....the kitchenette was ideal for storing food in the refigerator and freezer along with the mircrowave. BTW, the customer service was so helpful when I needed instructions on the air conditiong. They were responsive within minutes of my text. I look forward to returning here for a week next Summer.

The room was spacious and clean. The keyless entry system was problematic. While there was a television you can only stream content from your phone/device using your own account. There should be some tea in addition to the coffee provided as not everyone drinks coffee

First trip to tahoe with our furbaby!

Such a great and convenient place to stay. There was enough room for our little pup as well and everything needed was provided (towels, shampoo, conditioner, napkins, etc). We arrived during a blizzard and the great thing was, there were shovels in the corner of the building so we could shovel the snow for our cars. The only thing was the wooden floors were pretty dirty and had to keep our socks/shoes on. Not sure if they sweep the floors but would stay again and bring house shoes.
