This home comfortably accommodates up to 8 adults, or a family of up to 10 with 2 or more children age 12 or under. Maximum occupancy is enforced 24/7.

Thoughtfully designed by its owners and fully remodeled in 2021, the home blends elevated comfort with refined style and meticulous attention to detail. Designer furnishings, Four Seasons mattresses, and luxurious Frette linens create a serene, hotel-quality experience throughout, while expansive windows and outdoor spaces keep the lake as your constant backdrop from morning coffee to evening wind-downs.

Property & Booking Information:
We manage several nearby homes, so if you’re planning for a larger group, we can help coordinate multiple properties. Once your reservation is confirmed, you’ll receive a rental agreement for signature. The home will be stocked with a starter supply of essentials, including soaps, paper products, and one set of linens and towels. For longer stays, guests may wish to bring or purchase additional supplies and use the in-home laundry.

To ensure a smooth and compliant stay, please review all local rules included in your agreement. Both the City of South Lake Tahoe and El Dorado County actively enforce vacation rental regulations.

We walked to several restaurants, rented a boat and went to Emerald bay, rented electric bikes and went for a beautiful ride, visited several beaches. We had a great trip at this property. Very beautiful spot with a short walk to the public beach. The private area is more for just jumping in the lake, but you can walk to a larger beach area next door. Amenities were great, kids loved the pool and lawn area. Plenty of space in the house. You will hear some road noise from the highway as it's behind the property, FYI. So not as secluded as some Tahoe properties, but it was still very relaxing and a lovely view. A lot of reviews made me worried about parking but there is a ton of parking just across the street from the complex if you have more than one vehicle so don't worry about it.

Great space for a girls trip, family or couples. Modern appliances, spacious home and good size rooms (especially the primary room), very lovely. Shops and retail within walking distance. Great neighborhood and accessibility to all things Lake Tahoe. And communication was wonderful throughout. Wed definitely stay here again :)

Great view and location. Great house. We really enjoyed our stay. Played in the snow and close to ski resort. House is beautiful inside. Only complaint is that the microwave wasn’t working but management brought a new one, and that they were missing some things needed for cooking (measuring cups) which I bought at the store. The appliances are older and run hot. Great stay overall!

This is a beautiful property in an excellent location- close to grocery, restaurants and activities in South Shore. The unit is very comfortable and well equipped. Beautiful Home on the Lake

We had a wonderful stay in the The PEAK Aconcagua 6 in Sierra Shores. The view is stunning right on the lake and very convenient location for quick access to Heavenly Ski Resort. The home itself was very comfortable for our group of 6, including 2 teenagers. We had a problem with one TV that was resolved quickly by the management company, RNR Vacations. They were easy to reach and very responsive. The home is well outfitted for cooking and relaxing with lots of board games. The complex was quiet and felt very private. We couldn't have had a better stay!

Beautiful Home

Sierra Shores is beautiful in general and I’ve visited many times and stayed in different units over the past 10 years. Unit 14 is especially nice and was recently updated with new furnishings and a remodeled kitchen. The unit is well appointed and has everything you could possibly need. A few things could use attention, but overall, stay was great. Things that need some TLC: mini fridge in master does not work, faucet on tub in master bath is very noisy, blinds leading out to balcony in master are starting to fall apart at the top. Nothing that put a damper on our stay though. Would absolutely rent this beautiful home again. Thank you to the family that opens their home to families like mine so we can share in the beauty of Lake Tahoe.

Family Getaway

Everything was excellent. The property was in a wonderful location, and the beach was a great treat for our kids and grandkids. Grocery store was just across the street, and very well stocked. We had a wonderful week.

Lakefront Beauty

We enjoyed a wonderful week at Sierra Shores #6. The view from the decks was wonderful and relaxing. The condo was clean, well appointed and spacious. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen was well stocked. Location on the west side of South Lake Tahoe was perfect for us. A bit quieter than the main part of town, although there is some street noise from busy Lake Tahoe Blvd. Convenient to grocery stores, restaurants and walking paths. Property managers were welcoming and responsive. It was a wonderful getaway for our family.
