Fresh from a remodel, the light-filled living space is built from gleaming Tahoe pine and outfitted with everything you need for a comfortable vacation. The vacation rental is centrally located for a great vacation in any season. A brief drive brings you to the Heavenly California Lodge. Visiting in the summer? Ski Run Marina, a South Lake Tahoe landmark since 1939, is within walking distance. Take a cruise on the famous Tahoe Queen, an authentic Mississippi paddle-wheeler.
Relax in the cozy living area with a TV with a DVD player; enjoy the well-equipped open kitchen with custom cabinets. Family meals can be taken at the dining table. Sliding doors lead out to the upper deck with views of the surrounding trees.
The primary bedroom has a rustic log frame bed, a TV, and private access to the lower balcony. One bedroom is a hanging loft accessed by a ladder via the living space. Teens and older kids will love sleeping high above the action with their own TV. One bathroom indulges with heated floors, a stylish glass pedestal sink, and a tiled walk-in shower.
Complimentary WiFi and a washer/dryer are provided.

The loft bedroom is not suitable for younger children.
The property is not equipped with air-conditioning.
Outdoor wood-burning fires and charcoal grills are prohibited per local ordinances.
Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.
In response to South Lake Tahoe County's ordinance on short-term rentals, we are operating under STVR License 010450. As per the ordinance, this vacation rental cannot be used for any type of parties, including weddings and receptions. Maximum allowable City occupancy is 4 people and 1 car; over occupancy will be subject to City citation/fine. We have a strict no-party policy; failure to comply will result in eviction.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting âYesâ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the âDamage Waiverâ). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
