This recently built 3BD, 2.5BA multi-level home is tucked away among the pines of a quiet neighborhood. The open-concept great room, back deck with a private hot tub, and bonus room appeal to families. Located minutes away from some of Tahoe's best outdoor adventures - miles of hiking, biking, snowmobiling, and snowshoeing trails nearby. It's a short 10-minute car ride to Lake Tahoe and Stateline. The Lake Tahoe Golf Course and Tahoe Paradise Golf Course are just minutes away.

This home does not have air conditioning.

The moment you set foot in the upstairs great room, you'll know you've found your home away from home. The open-concept floor plan paired with the sectional and fireplace strike the perfect balance between spacious and cozy. Slide open the glass doors to the large balcony for a mix of indoor and outdoor scenery. The gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops is every chef's dream! Dining table for 6 with 3 bar stools at the kitchen counter.

The upstairs master bedroom is a retreat of its own with a warm king bed, leather lounge chair, and picture windows to the ceiling. The master bathroom features a glass-enclosed walk-in shower and jetted tub with dual sinks. Downstairs, bedroom 2 has a queen bed and bedroom 3 has a twin-over-queen bunk bed, sharing a spacious bathroom with shower/tub combo and 2 sinks.

Great location between Kirkwood and Heavenly ski areas. Wonderful layout for the house that provided kids their own spaces. Was a quiet neighborhood and easy access to amenities.

Great place!

We took a Girls Trip to South Lake Tahoe and really enjoyed our stay here. We were close to a grocery store and many restaurants. We were worried about the record snowfall before we went, but found the road the the place had been cleared before arrival. Beautiful views and location. We would definitely stay there again.

Beautiful home in a great location

Our family of four enjoyed cooking in the well-equipped kitchen, roasting marshmallows by the fire pit on the deck, and swimming and paddle boarding at the gorgeous beaches just 20 minutes north of town. The nightly jacuzzi tubs were the icing on the cake. Great vacation- thank you Lake Tahoe!

Amazing house!

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend. The house was super clean and very cozy. The kitchen is very well stocked too! Anything you need, they had. We enjoyed a few mornings in the hot tub and took walks around the nice neighborhood. I would highly recommend this place.

Fantastic place

Great place to stay, clean, great location. The only thing it needs is flat paving bricks to the hot tub. If you forget your shoes the rocks you have to walk over hurt your feet. Otherwise we loved this house!

Immaculate rental!

I have used VRBO 10-20 times and this property was the cleanest and best stocked rental I have ever experienced. The living area is warm and cozy and the Kitchen has almost everything you need right down to champagne flutes. We couldn't have asked for a better rental and everything was perfect for our stay. Thanks to the owners and managment team for making our stay special.
