Rental Policies

Check-In Requirement
Per local ordinance, guests are required to pick up keys and complete check-in at the office where a property overview will be provided. Self check-in is not available.

Age Requirement
The minimum age to rent this property is 25. The primary renter must be present for the entire stay. A driver’s license will be required for all bookings. Guests who fail to meet the minimum age requirement at check-in will be evicted without refund.

Pet Policy
This home is pet-friendly. Pets are welcome with an additional pet fee. Please contact the team prior to booking for fee details and additional information.

No Smoking Policy
Smoking is not permitted inside the home. If signs of smoking are documented, the renter agrees to pay a $300 fee.
