All 3 bathrooms feature natural sunlight with privacy, double sinks, glass shower doors, and heated tiled floors that feel divine when you step out of the shower. We offer plenty of hotel-style plush bath towels & washcloths in each bathroom for your stay.

Also available to you are beach towels (to be used for the hot tub or beach adventures), as well as the brand new washer & dryer - detergent & amenities are all included.

Driving an EV? We have a brand new universal charger in the garage, free for you to use.

You have access to the entire property and all of its amenities. We have carefully crafted specific amenities to make you feel comfortable and at home during your stay. These include hotel-style bedding and towels, heated bathroom floors, a pre-heated outdoor jacuzzi, a top-of-the-line coffee maker, filtered hot and cold water, various kitchen & cooking appliances, and a brand new BBQ. We ask that you take careful consideration to clean these amenities after you use them so they can be enjoyed by future renters. If these are not cleaned to a reasonable degree after your use, we may require our cleaning crew to work overtime to ensure they are cleaned and ready for the next renters, and thus we reserve the right to charge an extra cleaning fee.

To avoid such, please treat these devices as your own and clean them after each use.

Tahoe Paradise Park (http://www.tahoeparadisepark.com) is a 7 minute walk from our home (0.3 miles away), and includes a lake with a beach, tennis courts, pickle ball court, a playground, picnic tables, a clubhouse, and a gazebo. Perfect for hosting a family gathering or celebration; weddings are often hosted here.

Please note there is no on-street parking; you must use the garage and/or driveway exclusively (1 car in the garage and up to 4 cars in the driveway). Street parking is subject to ticketing and/or towing and we are not responsible for these expenses.

Please note the following special rules regarding bears:
We want to make you as “bear aware” as possible! Please do not leave any food, wrappers, or scraps anywhere outside or in your car. Bears have the ability to open your car if they smell food. Upon departure, please remove all trash from the house and place it in the bear box on the side of the driveway. There is extensive "BEAR AWARE" info located in the check-in manual that we request you take the time to read.

The home accommodates up to 8 adults comfortably. A 9th guest may be permitted upon prior approval from the property manager, with an additional charge of $75 per night. Please reach out before booking if your group exceeds 8 adults.
