Remodeled in 2021, this single-level home for a family of 4 features gorgeous mid-century American decor and a fully fenced, dog-friendly backyard with barbecue and hot tub. A heated shed offers storage for outdoor gear, and a spacious kitchen accommodates gourmets in the family.
This home does not have air conditioning.

When you set foot in this home, you'll know you and your crew chose the logical base camp for your Tahoe adventure. The open-concept great room features a chaise lounge for 3, blue velvet swivel chair, and Samsung TV with a sound bar.

The updated kitchen boasts new stainless steel appliances, white marble countertops, a farmhouse sink, and a dining table for 4. Channel your inner MasterChef with Staub Cast iron, Zwilling J.A. Henckels cookware, Wusthof knives, and an abundance of mixing/prep bowls and utensils.

When it's time for rest, you'll have your pick of two comfy bedrooms. BD 1 has a queen bed, small desk, and olive green accents. BD 2 has a queen bed, small desk, and deep blue decor. Both share a hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo, slate tile walls, and sliding farm-door style medicine cabinet.

Visit beautiful Hope Valley 13.9 miles away, with vibrant colors in the spring and fall.

This home has comfortable sleeping and dining for a family of 4. It cannot host more than 4 people over the age of 5. This applies 24/7.

Pets: 1-2 dogs allowed w/ pre-approval. No other animals allowed. Bring a crate if you plan to leave a dog unattended. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or in/on beds. Any barking or behavior that bothers neighbors is not allowed. You will be responsible for extra cleaning charges for hair on furniture, pet stains, dog droppings, & any damage caused by dog(s).

We had a great stay here! The house was super clean and in a convenient location in the South Lake Tahoe/Myers area—perfect for exploring, and it was easy to run to the local grocery store when we needed anything.The hot tub was perfect at the end of the day, and the kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. The home is on the smaller side, but it’s set up really well and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The fenced yard was also a huge bonus for our dog.We got the best of both worlds with the weather—warm and sunny the first few days, then snow flurries at the end, which made it extra cozy.Check-in and check-out were super easy, and the property management company was attentive without being at all bothersome.We’d absolutely stay here again!

Property was clean, beautifully furnished, well-stocked, and located in a great neighborhood. The hot tub was fabulous. We will absolutely stay here again. The only recommendation for an improvement would be to provide a queen bed in at least one of the rooms instead of what appeared to be a double.

A hidden gem

Although off the beaten track near lake Tahoe, this home is a lovely little cabin. Clean, comfortable and quiet, it is the ideal mountain getaway. We enjoyed our stay very much.

We didn't get to enjoy the hot tub because of the snowstorm. But it was great to have someone come with the tractor and shoveled the driveway and walking path. That was a huge bonus. Only downside was lack of drawers to keep our clothes. Everything else was great. Nice upgrades.

We loved this place and thought it was all very well done. If there was one thing we wished it had, was blinds over the front door window, kitchen window, and back door. More of a nice to have especially the front door for night time. Great place and very convenient for our trip!

Phenomenal place, great communications

We loved our family stay in Meyers! What a great location - a cozy corner just off the hustle and bustle of South Lake Tahoe, but convenient enough that everything is just a short car ride away. Impeccable, well-stocked property with plenty of amenities, and truly excellent communications. Dog-friendliness a huge plus! No ridiculous check-out procedures, just a great place to stay!
