Situated across the street from Whole Foods, Chase bank, Chipotle, Five Guys & Panda Express. You are also a short walk to the casinos, Heavenly Village & the gondola. ◦ Condo is on the 3rd floor accessible by elevator from the front lobby/main building.
◦ Bedroom #1: Downstairs w/ King bed & Smart TV. Attached to main bathroom.
◦ Bedroom #2: Upstairs private loft w/ Queen bed & 1/2 bath attached. No TV.
◦ Bathroom #1: Downstairs & attached to bedroom 1 so jack & jill style. Shower/tub combo.
◦ Bathroom #2: Upstairs half bath attached to Bedroom #2.

Our guests will have access to the entire property with the exception of a few locked owner closets.

Checking In
You will check in by going right to the home using the digital keypad located on the front door. Your code will be messaged to you 2 days before you arrive.

Communication
You can get ahold of us anytime on the app or via our local phone number. However, there may be delays after 6pm when we are home with our families. We have a QR code guest book on the fridge that has a wealth of information in it and can help answer most questions.

Lakeland Village is one of South Lake`s premier condo complexes due to it`s close proximity to all that South Lake has to offer. You are across the street from a brand new shopping center with Whole Foods, Chase, Chipotle, Five Guys, Panda Express & more! You are also walking distance to the nightlife at Stateline, Heavenly Village for restaurants & shopping, and the Gondola for Heavenly Ski Resort access. On top of the prime location, Lakeland Village community offers a seasonal pool, hot tub, a gym and has it’s own private beach. You really won’t need to do a lot of driving while here!

Important Info
→ The front desk can only provide one parking pass.
→ This unit is an individually owned condo and not apart of the HOA property management program. We do not schedule or control the exterior maintenance.
→ This unit is located in the main building on the 3rd floor above the lobby. We will send you detailed directions 2 days before your arrival. You do not need to check in at the front desk but you do need to pick up your parking pass there.
→ Per the HOA bylaws, Lakeland Village condos are not pet friendly nor is the private beach.
→ This is a 1 bedroom plus loft condo. The second bedroom is a loft but it is separate from the bedroom and has it`s own 1/2 bath attached. Great for 2 couples as long as you don`t mind sharing one shower.
→ All parking at Lakeland village is first come, first serve. 1 spot in the garage or in the parking lot.
→ This home overlooks the pool & highway 50 so there is some road noise - light sleepers beware ;)
→ There is no washer or dryer in unit but there is a coin operated laundry facility in the lobby. We provide sheets, 4 bath towels, 4 wash cloths and 2 hand towels per booking.
→ The kitchenette is small but mighty & fully stocked! The stove, oven and fridge are mini size.
