Located on the first floor there is elevator access from underground parking. A deliciously refreshing breeze can be enjoyed from your private, furnished balcony. Life at the lodge offers an inviting atmosphere that blends trendiness with rural charm. Step inside and wind down on the sofa as you watch your favorite TV show on the flat screen TV with cable. If you visit during cold months, the gas fireplace will warm up the entire condo in the blink of an eye. The well-equipped kitchenette has everything you could need to surprise your guest with delicious and warm meals or a steamy cup of coffee (coffee, sugar and creamer provided). If you decide to book this mountain retreat, you'll have unlimited access to Lakeland Village's shared amenities that include two outdoor swimming pools (the pool located at the lodge is open year-round and the pool by the lake is seasonal), hot tub, sauna, tennis court, a fitness center, and even a BBQ area.

What's nearby:
This location is something you won't easily find anywhere–it has a little something for everyone–mountain biking, casinos, golf, hiking, spas, shopping, and, of course, water recreation of all kinds. Casinos and concerts are just over a mile away. The Heavenly Gondola, Adventure Park, shops, and fine dining. Less than two miles away is Heavenly Ski Resort, which offers more than 4,600 skiable acres with runs appropriate for all levels. Another great perk of this resort is that you can find daycare programs and children's ski lessons, so feel free to bring the kids along. Spend your days hiking through the Sierra Nevada Mountains, shredding powder along the slopes of Squaw Valley Ski Resort, getting the bird's-eye view of the lake from the Heavenly Gondola or kayaking in Emerald Bay.

Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. In addition to noise, trash disposal, and parking rules, maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.
There are no full refunds for circumstances beyond our control to include wildfire smoke, winter storms, etc.

Parking Notes: Please adhere to Caltrans traffic advisories during Winter storms. Traction tires or 4-wheel drive may be required. Please refrain from parking on the street. Vehicles may be towed if they're blocking snowplows from clearing the street.

Ski Shuttle Details: The shuttle will take you to Heavenly and/or the casinos.
Hours are: (8am-11pm Sunday-Thursday and 8am-Midnight Friday & Saturday) hours may change.

During the winter, make sure to take advantage of the amazing proximity to Heavenly ski area - there are slopes for every level of skier or boarder! Or, venture out across the lake and try out the slopes on Diamond Peak or Alpine Meadows. Your ski legs will love it! In the summer, this beachfront location allows you to step out your door and soak up the warm California sun. Get in some boating as you are only 0.3 miles from Ski Run Marina, or head to the lovely El Dorado Beach, 0.7 miles away. At the end of a great day, indulge in a pizza and a beer at the Brewery at Lake Tahoe right across the street. Take the FREE shuttle into town and try your luck at the casinos and shopping centres. We love to grab lunch at Bert's Cafe, right near some of the best shops

I use a digital lock system for check-in so you can check-in at your convenience anytime after 3pm. You will have complete privacy during your stay, but I will be available any time if you have any questions or need assistance.
