ACCOMMODATION DETAILS:

☆ Bedrooms: Comfort meets style in our three-bedroom home, ideal for large groups or family gatherings. Sleep soundly in the master bedroom with a king-sized bed and an ensuite bathroom. Other rooms offer a mix of queen and double beds, plus a bonus room with two queen beds, all designed for your comfort. Note: Maximum occupancy is six guests (excluding children 5 years old and under) due to local ordinances.

☆ Bathrooms: Refresh in one of the two full bathrooms, each with a shower-tub combo, reflecting the natural beauty of Tahoe with their green hues.

☆ Kitchen & Lounge: Whip up delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen and gather around the dining table or on the deck for meals with a view. Unwind in the living room with a gas fireplace and a large TV for streaming your favorite shows.

☆ Game Room: Challenge your friends to foosball or enjoy a quiet reading nook away from the group.

☆ Outdoor Space: Breathe in the mountain air on our 200+ square foot deck, backed by conservancy land for ultimate peace and quiet.

GUEST ACCESS:

Private Cabin Experience: Enjoy exclusive access to the entire cabin, secured with a smart lock. A unique code, valid throughout your stay, ensures a seamless and secure entry.

Occupancy: Comfortably accommodating up to 6 guests (ages 6 and above), our cabin is family-friendly. Children 5 years old and under don’t count towards the total occupancy, making it an ideal spot for families.

Parking: We offer free parking for 2 vehicles. Please note, parking on the street isn’t permitted by local ordinances, in the winter they can also block snow plows. Additional parking is available at casinos, heavenly parking garage and other public parking lots.

Quiet Hours: For the peace of our community, quiet hours from 10pm to 8am are strictly observed.

No Pets Policy: To keep our cabin allergy-free, pets are not allowed. Please make arrangements for them to stay at home.

Smart Entertainment: While we don’t offer cable, our Roku TV connects you to your favorite streaming services (BYO accounts for Netflix, Prime Video, Hulu, etc).

Check-In/Out: Adhering to our cleaning schedules, we cannot accommodate early check-in or late check-out. Our cleaners have a fixed schedule and arrive promptly at 10am on check-out day to start cleaning. Please plan accordingly to avoid additional charges ($100 per hour) and delays for other guests.

Seasonal Amenities: Our cabin adapts to the seasons. Note that our patio furniture and fireplace are seasonally available. Fireplace pilot is lit from 10/15 to 5/15. Patio furniture is unavailable from 10/15 to 5/15 for winter season to avoid damage due to snow. The back deck is not shoveled in the winter. We do not provide sled/snow toys (due to our insurance) so please bring your own in the winter.

Winter Travel: All vehicles should be equipped with chains, even 4WD, due to Tahoe’s winter conditions. For your safety, we advise against low profile/2WD vehicles in icy conditions as they can struggle in ice and snow. Tahoe roads can be steep and icy, even when not snowing you should be comfortable driving in such conditions.

Cancellation Policy: Please note that booking a visit to Lake Tahoe comes with some risks of guests wishing to cancel and receive a refund due to natural disasters or weather related events. Our cancellation policies are strictly enforced regardless of the reason for cancellation, we do not offer refunds for weather events, snow storms, blizzards, road closures, fire, smoke, rock slide, avalanche and/or any other natural disasters. Understanding the risks associated with these natural events is crucial. If you need to reschedule your date, you must be in compliance with the cancellation policy first which is strictly enforced as we cannot be held accountable for refunds due to weather which it outside of our control and expected to naturally occur in the High Sierra Nevada Mountain Range on a regular basis.
