Welcome to the Moose and Maple Lodge! This great location is within walking distance to the most popular attractions in South Lake Tahoe. Spend your stay exploring Heavenly Village and the Gondola to Heavenly Resort, Lakeside Beach at Lake Tahoe, Harrah`s and Hard Rock Casino, and dozens of restaurants and bars. The cabin-style lodge has:

-The pool is closed until further notice.

-We require $200 pre-authorization when booking with us.
-Fire place is for display only

Our chic lodge offers everything you`ll need for a comfortable stay. The space is well-equipped with one queen-sized memory foam mattress. And there is plenty of outdoor space from the shared balcony overlooking the neighboring mountains to make the most of your time in the clear, crisp mountain air.

The Moose and Maple Lodge gets its name from the beauty of the surrounding mountain landscape. The lodge is a multi-unit boutique property.

You’ll have the convenience of a full kitchenette, complete with cookware, and a dining area. The living area is open and spacious and highlighted by the custom fireplace, above which is a smart TV with all your favorite streaming apps, complete with super-fast WiFi for all your streaming and stay-cation needs!

Yes, we are dog friendly but we only allow maximum of 2 dogs. Your furry friends are welcome for an additional pet fee (please contact us prior to booking to ensure availability). With consideration for future guests and those with allergies, we ask that pets do NOT get on any of the furniture including the beds and you cannot leave your dogs unattended.

You’ll have a kitchenette, complete with an oven, stove, cookware, and a dining area/workspace. The bathroom features a large walk-in shower.

There is a wardrobe with hangers and a dining table can also function as a desk for our work-from-homers. And all the space inside the unit is completely private and only the outside areas like the balcony is being shared.

Please be aware that you cannot have your parcels delivered here in the property and that the parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. I appreciate your patience and understanding.

The property itself has plenty of bonus amenities to explore. You’re also encouraged to relax next to the fire pit on cool, starry nights out on the spacious balcony overlooking the neighboring mountains. So, what are you waiting for?

You will have access to the entire unit and can get in via the smart lock on the door anytime during your stay. The code will be sent to you prior to check-in (easy-peasy!) and will be functional from your check-in time to check-out time.

There is plenty of parking in the parking lot and you will be hard-pressed to find a spot that you can`t walk to or hop on a Lime or Uber scooter to get to. We give the walkability a 10/10!

I give my guests space but am available when needed
We have a local manager who can be available for extenuating circumstances or in emergencies. Otherwise, you will have a contact-less check-in and checkout procedure - easy as pie.

Please be aware that there are other guests staying in other units.
The building was built in the 50’s and unfortunately sometimes noise can be heard from the upstairs units because of thin walls, but we have property managers on site for any noise complaints.

Units may vary and will not be exactly as the pictures being shown as this is a Multi-Listing. All large units are located at the second floor.

We do not have Generator for power interruptions.

The Jacuzzi Tub in this unit is not functioning at the moment.

Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.

We have a pack and play in the guest closet.

Listing and photos were inaccurate/owner unreasonable

Check-in was fine. Outside temp was 86 degrees when we arrived. It was hot inside the unit. The listing stated a/c and washer & dryer. The only a/c was a portable a/c unit in the bedroom that was turned off. There was also a suspended power outlet hanging against the fireplace with the TV and Roku plugged into it (not shown in the photos). The entire set-up of the living room was different from the photos; the carpet was worn and filthy and the couch was old and dirty. In the kitchen, the counters and cabinets felt sticky. There was grease in the vents above the stove and the photos of a fresh looking kitchen were misleading as there were knobs missing off drawers. The listing stated washer & dryer. There was no washer and dryer inside the unit. The on-site team offered box fans, but when it's as hot as it was inside the unit, we would just be circulating hot air. The on-site team contacted the owner after we didn't want to stay inside the unit due to the hot conditions. The owner (Rob) arrived. When I explained to Rob the photos and the actual listing were not accurate, Rob said the pictures were taken last year. Rob said there was portable a/c (couldn't be moved) and a washer/dryer down the hall. Rob saw nothing wrong with the suspended power outlet. I told Rob I rented the property based on photos & listing, which were inaccurate. Rob refused a refund. We left & stayed at a hotel. If you like cleanliness and a/c, I don't recommend this property in its current state.
