This lakefront three-story getaway offers jaw-dropping lake views, an open layout, and a subtle nautical theme. Enjoy sunny breakfasts or delightful dinners on the furnished deck with unparalleled views of the water. The kitchen comes fully equipped with all the cooking essentials to prepare everything from snacks on the go, finger foods, and full-course meals. Nothing beats snuggling near the gas fireplace and watching TV with the water as a backdrop.

Things to Know
Guests staying at a South Lake Tahoe rental must adhere to all City Ordinances. Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. In addition, no open flames, no smoking, and parking permits apply. Maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded under any circumstance. Fines of up to $2000 will be imposed by The City of South Lake Tahoe, without warning, for any violations.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.

Security camera details: There are surveillance cameras throughout Lakeland Village property in the common areas only. There are no surveillance cameras in the home.

Ski shuttle details: Lakeland Village does not provide transportation, but the resort is on the city bus route; however, the city bus system does not go to Heavenly. You can catch the bus with a stop at the Gondola downtown. For additional information, please visit https://www.tahoetransportation.org/transit/.

Dock details: There is a beautiful, large pier with a bench for viewing the Lake. No boat docking, no fishing, no diving or jumping off the dock.



Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Location, location, location. Couldn’t have asked for a better view or access to the beach! House was clean and well appointed. Unfortunately they did not report that one of the showers was unavailable and the Pier, which was a huge selling point was under repair and not available to use

South Lake Tahoe

A great location. Refrigerator had several broken shelves. No where to store food you bring especially any dry goods. Definitely plenty of room for 8-9 people to hang out and sleep.

If you’re looking for views and beach access, this is the place.

The age of this HOA community property is starting to show, which is to be expected. It’s an older property, and as you walk around you can see visible aging of the exterior, windows and screens, and some of the decks are falling apart and are currently unusable and in various states of repair. If you’re looking for a luxury property, you might head elsewhere. But I f you’re looking for a family-friendly and fun atmosphere, this is definitely the place! Our unit wasn’t modern but it was very clean and it was simply yet tastefully decorated. The deck was our favorite part as it was literally steps from the beach. My husband and I spent the entire trip sitting out there. The unit faces the lake and you can’t beat the view!! The view will include sunbathers and beach goers though so if you’re looking for privacy, you won’t find it here. We have four rambunctious kids though so we didn’t mind the crowd and we fit right in. The unit is three levels and we happened to be there during a heat wave when it was unusually warm for Tahoe (80 degrees) so the two upper floors were hot on arrival. There is no air conditioning but they had enough fans for every bedroom and we opened the windows up first thing and put a fan in each window and it cooled off quickly. The unit sleeps 11 easily and each of our kids had their own room with plenty of space to spread out and the beds were comfortable. It’s walking distance to restaurants and CVS. We plan to stay here again and will bring friends!

Very clean condo, and convenient for a group of friends!! The condo is also very close to the hot tub which came in handy after skiing. Would definitely come back again for ski season

Great waterfront location condo. Plenty of room, we’ll equipped kitchen. Could use a remodel or at least some attention - needs new carpet and deck refinish, at least.

Perfect location plenty of space

We truly enjoyed our family stay at this location. The size of the property was perfect for our family. We appreciated the fans left in the closets as there is no central air - which we know is common for Lake Tahoe homes. We loved hanging out on the back deck and enjoyed the beach and community pool. The check in process was slightly awkward as the office is several miles away from the property. Recommend NOT showing up early, as the office will not allow early check ins. Community keeps up with trash collection, and vacationing neighbors we’re all extremely pleasant. Centrally Located so all amenities and shops are close by and easy to get to. Parking was slightly hectic and right spaces, but overall was a great property.

Weekend Getaway for Folks’ 80th Birthday

We spent a wonderful weekend here and loved the place. The sunset views were incredible and it was nice having the pool and spa right next door. The only negative was that we were unable to reach the host.

Horrible Customer Service

I have messaged several times and called customer service to address this issue, I have yet to get this issue fully resolved and have yet to hear back from anyone. I have now spent hours on several occasions trying to get my full refund. I called and finally got some assistance with my original requested refund but they processed a partial refund. The refund was processed in two different payments as was my original two payments. The second payment was refunded twice, the first payment amount was never refunded. This still left a balance owed for 242.00. I have requested this to be addressed and I am still waiting. We made this reservation in January and canceled the next day due to a sick family member. It took me over 45 days to get a hold of anyone because they were not responding to my messages and still are not. I have been very unhappy with the service and lack of communication, no one should have to spend this amount of time chasing a company to do their job. It’s even more disappointing because the property looks amazing and we were looking forward to actually being able to visit at a later date. I wish I could only rate the customer service but that wasn’t an option.

Beautiful views, great location, extremely clean and nice property

This property had the most UNBELIEVABLE view of Lake Tahoe, was extremely clean, spacious, and well kept. It was just a 3 minute drive from Heavenly mountain (we were there to snowboard), and just an hour from Northstar and Kirkwood (we visited all 3). My only complaint was that I wasn’t able to communicate with a host in advance, so I couldn’t ask any questions about an early check-in. And the ceiling above the master bedroom creaks quite loudly when anybody moves upstairs. But those negatives where vastly outweighed by the overall positives the property offered. Would 100% stay here again, and you should too!

Great place / poorly stocked

The condo itself was great. Comfortable beds, great kitchen with everything you would need, awesome location, clean and super comfortable couch. On the negative side we did not have any bath towels, had to call once we noticed. Then we realized there was no extra toilet paper and only 3 garbage bags. I had to call again but they forgot to bring tp, luckily the CVS was next door. Condo great, necessities not so great.

Girls' weekend

Easy to book. Easy to enter property, however NO directions on how to access pool/hot tub. When I inquired with office, I was told they could not give us pool towels or pool access because owner does not rent from on site property management. Pictures depict correctly. Comfy beds. Suggest for families- 3rd floor has bunkbeds. Lots of stairs. Nice deck and easy beach access. Please tell owners - Need kitchen towels and pot holders. Bring your own condiments - none supplied (may be due to covid). Overall nice.

Great house, great lakefront location!

Stayed here with 8 friend - very pleased with the entire experience. Lake views can't be beat. Close proximity to South Lake Tahoe bars/restaurants. Would definitely stay again!

Lake House

The views of this house was phenomenal, the beach right outside the porch was great for walks during the sunset. The house was overall clean and even had a washer dryer if needed. I would bring basic cooking things such as salt and pepper, sugar for coffee, no coffee filters wete available in the kitchen but there was a coffee maker.

Best View in Town

Our family loved our time here! The kids loved the bunk bed loft. The adults loved being able to stay warm in the house while watching the kids play right off the patio in the snow. Great, cozy little place!
