Built in 1899, Oceana blends historic charm with modern comfort for a truly exclusive escape. Framed by sweeping views of the beachfront, Atlantic Ocean, and Salt Pond, every room is filled with natural light and coastal serenity. Outside, the wrap-around deck invites al fresco dining, sunbathing, or sunset cocktails under the stars. Experience a rare summer getaway where privacy, beauty, and unforgettable memories await.

Guest Access:
Guests have full access to the home and the expansive 6.5-acre beachfront estate. The property is easily reached via a private road; four-wheel drive is recommended for added ease. Just 5–10 minutes from local shops, farmers’ markets, and restaurants, Oceana offers a peaceful, private retreat with easy access to everything Wakefield and the surrounding coastal towns have to offer.

What a treasure! This 1899 home is a great beach spot with ocean views from every single room. Check in/out was simple, communication was EXCELLENT (answered my questions within minutes and provided things to do in the area), and all of the rooms had a beautiful beach design. We have already booked another stay next year as we just loved this home and cannot wait to return.

What an incredible place!!

OMG what an amazing house!! So as you pull down the right side of the driveway all you see is beach and the house. And that’s just the beginning. When you walk up the stairs to the deck you realize the pictures do not even come close to the gorgeous views. The deck runs the length of the whole house and there is a sitting area at the far end. There are plenty of chairs along the way to sit and relax plus several loungers and then when you hit the corner of the house there is a sectional sofa. When you walk in the front door it’s right into a fully equipped kitchen with seating for four at the island and six at the nearby table. So yes the place has AC but you don’t need it. There is “old fashion” AC at each of the doors
.a rock to place at the door after you open the door. And once you open all the doors and use the rocks you’ll get the most amazing ocean breeze to keep the place cool. And we were there a couple of weeks ago when there was a severe heat index warning but it was always cool in the house. There’s a dining room for 6 more people and a wet bar/butlers kitchen that leads into the family room. Upstairs there were four bedrooms two of which had a balcony and chairs. More than enough bathrooms and don’t forget the outdoor shower under the house. Full sized washer and dryer for you to keep the swim suits fresh. The managers were proactive in communication and when we had a question they responded pretty much immediately. Do not even hesitate to stay!!
