Your blissful oasis awaits! Your vacation house has been updated with brand new appliances and décor to make your stay comfortable and cozy, and the two-acre property, that is surrounded by trees, gives you complete privacy. Go out and experience the local restaurants and bars or stay in, grill on the patio, light a fire in the pit and play some corn hole. You will be close to town, URI, the beaches, bike path, parks and so much more!

Walk in and instantly feel at home and energized to start your vacation! The home is fully stocked and the property boasts complete privacy and fun! Don't be surprised to be welcomed by countless birds and bunnies, a deer or two, and maybe get a quick hello from our elusive and chubby resident groundhogs, Bonnie and Clyde.

Convenience is key and staying here will put you minutes from everything Wakefield has to offer and it's centrally located to South County's hot spots!

10 min to Narragansett Beach
15 min to The Block Island Ferry
20-25 min to Newport

We hope everything you need will be provided for you and have equipped the house will high speed internet, a 50" 4K UHD Smart Fire TV, with a Netflix account loaded and the option to log into any of your accounts from various streaming providers.

This home is perfect for a couple or two, a few friends, or a family. Furbabies welcome! We have our own and love being able to vacation with them so we knew we wanted to extend the offer in this home. Please note the yard is not fenced in, however there is a fabulous dog park located just 1 mile away down the street. We have made countless memories here with family and friends and our hope is you do the same!

Adorable and spacious

We had a great stay, location private and convenient. Adorable clean spacious cottage. Comfortable bed and couch/day bed. So grateful to find a spot that allowed our 2 dogs. Beautiful yard. We’d love to come back and would highly recommend!

Awesome!

The property was great! Just as described. Small but clean and very well kept. Joanna thought of everything to make it feel like home. The weather was bad all week so we spent alot of time inside relaxing and reading and playing board games. It was perfect. I would recommend to everyone Mike cashman

Sweet as can be

We were in town for a wedding and chose to stay in this cottage vs the wedding venue or hotel. So happy we did! The cottage itself is very sweet and comfortable and the surrounding property and neighborhood were wonderful. We appreciated the miscellaneous house 'supplies" left for visitors use. My communication with Johnna was easy and excellent.

Relaxing getaway

The cottage was great! So close to the beach and restaurants/stores yet still felt secluded and away from neighbors. Everything was thought of to make us all feel comfortable (including our fur child), from the dog dishes to the bobby pins to the outdoor hose to rinse off our sandy feet and even an assortment of games for all. We left feeling recharged and will definitely book again. Thank you!

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay while visiting for our daughter’s graduation. The cottage is in a great location, close to URI as well as plenty of great restaurants. The cottage was very clean and so welcoming. Johnna was the perfect host!

This little cottage has all the comfortable charm a small group could want. The cottage has a very clean contemporary design sense and the owner has it very thoughtfully appointed with everything needed and then some. Great space for a family of four.

3 day getaway

AMAZING!!!!!!!! We had such a great time and could not say enough good things about our experience. The accommodations were so cozy and comfortable. Everything was as described and more. The day bed set up was so nice after a day of being out and about. The back patio was so great to just hand on and have some coffee and chill. We hope to be back sometime soon!

Great family getaway

I stayed at this property with my husband, our 1 year old son and our dog. We found it to be a great location and offer all the amenities that we needed on a long weekend away. We appreciated the attention to detail in each part of the house and the quick reply to any questions I had prior to arrival and during our stay. After an 8 hour drive from a few states away, we loved arriving here and immediately being able to settle in and relax. We would definitely recommend this property to friends or family and would stay here again!

Best cottage ever!

This place is so zen, clean, homey and a great location everything is about a 10 to 15 minute drive. Quite and peaceful neighborhood, private and full of wildlife. It is a MUST place to stay any time of the year! Thank you Johanna
