Coastal Cottage located in Pointview Marina on Great Salt Pond, Rhode Island

Newly renovated and furnished 1 Bedroom cottage, with pull out sleeper sofa. All new, fixtures, appliances, heat/ central air and internet and smart TV's . Easy access to beaches, local restaurants, limited availability for dockage within the marina for your boat with a seperate reservation, or access for kayaks, paddleboards, etc . Located within the 6 acre campus like property of Pointview Marina. We provide towels, pillows and linens are, you do not need to bring your own, unless you plan on using the sleeper sofa. Queen bed pull out for sheet sizes.
There is water access for paddle boards and kayaks in the marina, approx. 400 ft. from the cottage. Dinnerware, glasses, utensils, flatware, cookware are all provided along with a Keurig coffeemaker.

As an FYI the Matunuck Oyster Bar is nearby and accepts reservations. Summertime is usually booked out at least three weeks ....... you should not miss this venue if you are in the area !

Perfect for us

I was staying in RI for my son's wedding. This house was perfect for my other son and I. He used the pull out couch. We needed to buy sheets and a blanket. But no big deal. The location was close to the wedding venue.

Adorable Rental

One of the best places we’ve stayed at in Snug Harbor - adorable house that is well appointed, immaculate, comfortable and convenient. Host replies almost immediately to any questions or requests. Great value for the price and I would highly recommend! We will most definitely be back again!

Snug harbor cottage

Perfect cottage for a quick few days get away! Just enough space for me, my husband and our 4 and 6 year old daughters who slept on the pullout sofa. We wanted to spend the majority of our time at the beach, and only wanted a place to sleep and cook breakfast. We would definitely rent again!

Our favorite place!

This place is perfect for my family. We have family who boat close by and it’s a stone throw away. We just need a nice cozy spot to sleep. Clean, updated, and can’t complain about the location!

Great Stay as always

Frank's place is small and quaint but very clean and cozy. I've visited several times now, and I hope to return once or twice a year when possible. Since RI is a small state, everything is within driving distance (Jamestown, Newport, Providence, etc. I love to kayak and fish, and this is a great location to access all of my favorite southern RI salt ponds. The cottage kitchen has all that you need, just bring your food, condiments, sugar, k-cup coffee and meals and you're all set. Or visit the nearby restaurants and you don't need to cook at all ;)

Wonderful place! Very, very clean. Lovely cottage, well decorated and it had everything we needed. Quality equipment, dishes, etc. Heated floor in the bathroom, and mini splits for customizable heat and air conditioning. Frank was an excellent host. We loved being at the marina! This is really a great place and we highly recommend it!

Excellent cottage

My wife and I stayed here for a weekend getaway on our first anniversary. The cottage is great with everything very modern and comfortable. Staying in a cottage is more private and fun than a hotel because you can cook your meals and save money by eating out. Went out for walks by the boats every morning before heading to Newport for the day.

Nice quiet get away

Very convenient to all of southern RI and Connecticut. Unit was very clean and well stocked with all cooking/ kitchen needs, Fast internet and two minute walk to the marina docks.always a nice cool ocean. Breeze.We had a beautiful summer and Frank was very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here. perfect for two people. Thank you Frank!

A great little cottage

I had a nice stay. The cottage is convenient to South Kingston, URI, Narragansett, and Point Judith. It's clean and comfortable with all the mod cons, including a full function kitchen, big screen TVs, cool very quiet and remotely controllable AC. I would definitely stay there again.

Frank was very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. Place was clean. Pull out couch could use a better mattress, but it was adequate. There isn't a direct waterview as it is a marina with a lot of boats. I'm mentioning this only because I thought there was being that it was at a marina. However, that was my assumption. It was a pleasant place to stay. Very quiet. There are so many places to sit by the water within a short distance, we didn't mind not having a direct waterview as we were gone all day. This place is adequate for 2-4 people. All kitchen supplies were available if needed. I hope the storm did not cause any damage to the marina or the properties as it was a pleasant place to stay. Most importantly, I hope everyone was safe from the storm. Thanks for a great place to stay.
