The NEST of SOUTH HAVEN is a charming remodeled historic home. It is located at the heart of South Haven, less than 5 mins walk to the sandy South Beach and fun Kids' Corner park, 5 mins walk to the gorgeous riverfront, and 10 mins walk to the delightful downtown. It is perfect for family and friend gathering or some relaxing downtime in the lovely beach town year-round.

The home was clean and bright. It was a great beach location and felt homey. The house had what was needed to enjoy the trip: towels, shampoo, body wash, gas bonfire for s'mores, grill (though this should probably we cleaned or replace grates), coffee supplies, board games, kitchen gear needed, and beach chairs. The beds were comfortable after a long day outside at the beach, the Kids Corner Beach, bike ride on Van Buren trail, and exploring the downtown all just a walk away!

Cozy Home by the Lake

This home fit perfectly for our two families. There was plenty to do for the kids with games and books and a fun bunkbed area for them. The kitchen was stocked with everything you needed. We were a walk away from Kids Corner, Downtown, and the South Beach. We enjoyed a comfy breakfast at the house, the beach all day, time to relax before enjoying the sunset. Highly recommend this location and hope to stay again!

Great house

The nest is amazingly well stocked. We would love to come back again next year. It is close to everything, the neighborhood is beautiful with families walking/biking around. It is really good for families with kids because it is close to the kid corner and the beach with blue stairs, which is easy to go down. It is also very close to south beach. The water is shallow for a long distance from the shore, with fine sand, very kid friendly. Highly recommend!

Fabulous house and amenities

This house was the perfect location and had everything we needed. The owner truly thought of everything, from chargers next to the beds to a coffee station stocked with multiple options and so much more. The house is adorable and we loved having multiple beds in each bedroom. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks for the great stay!

Amazing location and lots of charm!

The home was perfect for our family get away. The thoughtful touches made it extra comfortable. The location is unbelievable. We also loved sitting out on the patio every single night. The big yard and pergola lights were classic.

Long weekend getaway

Was looking for a place to stay for a couple nights to getaway and check out the town, eat at a couple restaurants, and hangout at the beach. This property gave us easy access for all the above! The picture of this property do not do it justice - much better in person! I was impressed with the cleanliness of the house. I’ve never stayed at a place so clean in my life (my house included! Ha!) Overall such a great place to stay. Highly recommend.

Great location, beautiful place, fully stocked!

We stayed there for a gurls weekend getaway and the place was absolutely perfect. Very short walk to the beach, cool shops and plenty of nightlife. The house was well appointed and came with everything you might need to make your stay comfortable. Fully stocked kitchen with utensils, cookware, spices, and olive oil. Fully stocked bathroom, including extra toiletries in case you forgot some. They even had a little kid training potty in the closet. I would absolutely recommend for a family or an adult getaway. It was just perfect.

Girls Trip

The home is lovely and the location, in a quiet neighborhood, is excellent. Doug, the owner, was prompt when replying to all my messages. The house was furnished very nicely, very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Nothing negative about our stay, all positive. We were close to everything we wanted to do and everywhere we wanted go. Great shopping, dining and beach. Would definitely stay here again the next time I travel to South Haven.
