INSIDE
Panoramic views of Lake Michigan greet you upon entry. Open living and dining room offers a bright, sunny space with plenty of room for everyone to gather. Gourmet kitchen with stainless appliances and granite countertops open to a soaring 3-season room with vaulted ceiling, outdoor dining space, and additional lounge area overlooking the private beach and pool. A spacious main floor master with ensuite bath and separate guest room with king bed and additional 1/2 bath and laundry room complete this floor.

On the upper level, you will find 3 additional bedrooms - one king with lake views and one double, which share a full bath, and an additional king with lake views and an ensuite full bath. A second laundry area completes this floor.

The lower level is designed to be the perfect hangout for the kids in your group! An extended sleeping quarter accommodates a large group with 6 twin beds and 2 attached full baths. The family room with cozy seating and a flat-screen TV opens to an additional kitchenette and dining area perfect for game night and snacks. Need to catch up on work and emails? Take advantage of the private office space located across from the family room and enjoy the amenities designed for work away from home. This floor opens to an amazing outside patio that boasts a custom oversized farmhouse table and stone fireplace.

Once you wander outside, it just keeps getting better! The custom heated pool is surrounded by plenty of room to lounge while watching the fun in the pool and enjoying the views. An additional 1/2 bath is conveniently located just inside the door leading from the pool to the house. Follow the path to your own private beach (no stairs!) and enjoy the best Lake Michigan has to offer. Clear water, sunny days, and spectacular sunsets to enjoy while making memories around the custom fire pit.

This retreat is located just minutes from the popular resort town of South Haven, Michigan. Take a day and enjoy the downtown shopping, dining, and entertainment. Grab a coffee and spend the morning perusing the local antique shops. Plan a memorable family dinner at popular 'Taste' or grab a cocktail on the channel at Admiral Jacks. Sherman's Dairy Bar has been a favorite of locals since 1916 and has the best variety of flavors around! Visit the local farmers market and gather local products for your favorite dinner back on the spacious deck while relaxing into the evening.

PARKING
There is space for a maximum of five vehicles on the property.

CANCELLATION POLICY
- Cancel within 48 hours of making your reservation at no charge.
- Cancel 30 days or more in advance, and receive a full refund.
- Cancel 14 days in advance, and receive a 50% refund.
- No refunds for cancellations less than 14 days in advance of reservation start date.

There are no refunds for early departures, reductions in nights rented, or delayed arrivals due to inclement weather or any other factor. Please consider trip insurance to protect your investment.

MANAGEMENT
This property is managed locally by BVW Unsalted Vacations Property Management in Holland, MI. We provide all professionally laundered linens, bath and beach towels, and a starter supply of paper and cleaning products along with emergency maintenance services.

Check-in is a breeze; drive straight to your rental and let yourself in with a unique lock code. We'll send you all the information you need, including directions, lockbox codes, and instructions, so you'll be ready to rest, relax, and rejuvenate! "We rented Beautiful Sunsets in South Haven for an extended family vacation. The property was beautiful! There is beach access (although pebbly so bring water shoes), as well as a pool with lake views. There was plenty of space for our family of 12 (ages 4-50) to spread out. Amenities we liked were the outside dining (easily fits 12-15), sun room, multiple decks, as well as a bed for everyone.. It is a quick 5 minute drive to South Haven proper for dinners out and ice cream. Meijer's grocery is only 10-15 minutes away. Highly recommend Lakeside Bowling for take out pizza - that was a great find! BVW-Unsalted Vacations was great to work with - prior to arriving, Susan was very responsive with information about the property and what we needed to bring. Upon arrival, we had questions which were responded to within 10-15 minutes of our phone call. We have rented many homes over the years and BVW-Unsalted Vacations is one of the most responsive rental companies and is very easy to work with."
