Sur notre terrain impeccablement entretenu, vous trouverez des condos et des chalets dont certains offrent une vue sur le lac Michigan. Nous valorisons nos clients et pour assurer la confidentialité de leurs invités, Sleepy Hollow est une communauté de villégiature fermée. Une variété d'activités vous attendent, comme nager dans notre piscine extérieure chauffée avec une fontaine pour enfants adjacente, jouer au tennis sur nos 3 courts de tennis de championnat, 2 courts de pickle ball, 4 courts de basketball, 2 courts de jeu de palets, le putting green, le volleyball et le ping-pong. Pong Nous offrons des vélos gratuits, ainsi que du bois de chauffage pour nos clients. Venez profiter de nos programmes supervisés quotidiens pour les enfants de 4 ans et plus. Nous sommes à 3 km du centre-ville de South Haven, où vous trouverez des boutiques, des restaurants et des attractions locales uniques. Ceux-ci incluent la pêche nolisée, le sentier Kal-Haven et les parcours de golf de championnat. Il y a des fruits et légumes frais provenant de nos fermes U-Pick locales. Tous les mercredis et samedis, il y a un marché de producteurs locaux au centre-ville. Sleepy Hollow Resort, la destination idéale pour les vacances en famille.

2 week stay while working nearby

Sleepy Hollow grounds were beautiful, and Terrace 16 was well located near the office and pool, with nice outdoor areas in the front and back of the condo. Inside the condo looked like what we expected from the images. The kitchen is small, but that was ok for us. Downstairs laundry was great for our stay!

Pretty much all you need

This little community is perfect for families. There's enough to do with the kids when you don't have any other plans that you can spend the whole day here. Most things were in good working order. The kitchen was graciously stocked. We did find ants in the unit on our arrival and the staff were quick to act. The washer and dryer was a huge bonus after a day at the lake. The pool was beautiful and the lake was so close and accessible.

Quiet Get Away

We enjoyed it but were disappointed

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been coming to Sleepy Hollow for 11 years. We love unit 16, upon arrival it wasn't as clean as normal but was okay. Our overall experience in South Haven is always good, but we are disappointed there is no beach. I understand you cannot control the conditions, but you can control the price. Not only does the price go up annually, I think we should get at least a 20% discount due to this issue. Not advertised that there is a loss of beach. With that said, I think we should be refunded 20% of our amount paid this year, and we are really considering what to do next year. I do know if the price isn't reduced and/or we don't receive a discount for this year, we along with the 3 other families we meet for the week at Sleepy Hollow are diligently looking for another location that correlates their prices with the lack of beach issue.

Our 4 year old loved that there was a playground steps from our unit. The view of the lake was beautiful, the pool was nice. Our unit was nice and overall clean. The only negatives were the floor was dirty when we arrived so i had to vacuum right away- maybe when cleaned they forgot to do the floor because everything was very clean? Also we laughed when we got our ration of toilet paper- we had 3.5 rolls for 7 days and ran out so I had to go purchase toilet paper from Meijer.

Fun Family Vacation

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was nicely decorated and pretty clean. I loved having a kitchen stocked with dishes, silverware, pots, pans and utensils. The washer and dryer in the basement were awesome! Next time I will pack lighter as we barely used half our clothes. We were right across from park and pool and a few minute walk to the beach steps. My 4 year old loved the daily crafts!The staff was very friendly and helpful. I loved the daily towel service and if when we needed extra towels they dropped them off very quickly.My only complaint was the beach was not very clean. I asked several employees why and they said a storm had come through a week before. I totally understand that but it still needed to be cleaned after the storm.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife, myself and guests thought Sleepy Hollow was an amazing place. From management to groundskeepers to lifeguards all were top notch and polite. The grounds were well kept and free of litter. Other than Sleepy Hollow being right on Lake Michigan the diamondin the rough was the 25 yard 6 lane heated swimming pool. Which was well kept and clean. The architectual structure of Sleepy Hollow gave me an Art Deco feeling.Our unit (16) was modern looking and very clean. The owners made sure we were well accomodated for. We would most definitly return to Sleepy Hollow Resort.
