A more secluded den on this level provides a quiet retreat with a TV and sleeper sofa, ideal for a movie night or a peaceful nap away from the main living space.

Upstairs, the primary suite serves as a serene retreat with a king bed, sitting area, workspace, ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower and double vanity, and walk-in closet. Three additional guest bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower-tub combo complete the upper level, along with a laundry room for convenience.

The lower level is a hub of entertainment and fun. It features a second living room with a game area including an arcade machine, pop-a-shot basketball, and board games, plus a bunk room perfect for kids or friend groups. A full bathroom with a shower and a private workout space round out the lower level.

When it's time to soak up the sunshine, Sandy Feet Retreat puts you close to some of Harbor Club's best outdoor amenities. Two association pools and a hot tub are easily accessible, including a pool just a short walk from the home that's open year-round—perfect for both summer swims and refreshing off-season dips. A second pool near the marina offers a relaxing setting where you can lounge, cool off, and watch boats come and go along the water.

A half-mile walk or bike ride brings you to Newcome Beach, where soft sand and stunning Lake Michigan sunsets set the perfect scene for sun-soaked afternoons. Downtown South Haven, only 2 miles away, invites exploration of charming shops, delicious restaurants, lively parks, and the waterfront boardwalk. Between beach days and downtown strolls, there's always something new to discover in this charming Lake Michigan town.

- The swimming pool at the marina is only open in the summer months (Memorial Day to Labor Day). The association swimming pool and hot tub near the house are open year-round for your enjoyment. Neither the swimming pool nor the hot tub is private to the house or on the home's property.
- There is an association fire pit you are welcome to use. Wood is not provided.
