South Haven Luxury! This newly constructed vacation home called 'LuxErie' is only steps away from South Beach and an 8 minute walk to downtown. Enjoy views of Lake Michigan from the two story front porch during the day, and head out back after sunset to gather around the gas burning fire pit. Do you enjoy traveling with a large group but still need your own space?  This home is perfect as each of the 6 bedrooms has access to a private bathroom.

House Rules and Policies
- Maximum Occupancy is 12 people
- No smoking
- No pets allowed
- No events, parties, or large gatherings
- Must be at least 25 years old to book
- Additional fees and taxes may apply
- NOTE: The owner has multiple homes in the area should you need more space for your large group.
- NOTE: There is an external camera located at the front door and a decibel monitoring sensor located on the outside of the home.

PAYMENT TERMS:
25% of the rental fee is due at booking, the remaining 75% is due 90 days before the check-in date

Fantastic Lake House Getaway!

Our group of friends had an amazing stay at this lake house! The home was super clean, spacious, and well-maintained, making it the perfect spot for a relaxing getaway. The hosts were incredibly responsive and helpful, quickly answering any questions we had.The check-in and check-out process was seamless, allowing us to settle in and enjoy our stay without any hassle. Great Place for a 2-Day Executive Workshop

We really enjoyed our time at this property. It had everything we needed for our group of 6 (7 during the day), and plenty of space for dining. We used the basement area for presentations - the AV worked great. Hosts were very responsive. Restaurants are close; big lake can be seen clearly and is a couple blocks away looking right out the front porch. We had an incident where a neighbor was crabby during one of the largest snowstorms in 2025, but this is not the fault of the property. I think just some people are crabby!! Great time away.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Lux Beach Home! We had a group of 12 and had plenty of room for everyone. The home was clean, beautifully decorated and the amenities were plentiful. We enjoyed the outdoor gas firepit during the cold evenings and the indoor gas fireplace provided a cozy ambience. We would definitely consider another stay at this property.

Relaxing weekend

Very comfortable rental. Love each bedroom having a bathroom. Very equipped kitchen and just an all around handy home. Walking distance to beach and town. Plus the patio with the gas grill and firepit was very comfortable and it felt private. Had a wonderful weekend.

Amazing!

This house was everything! As a Mom, every detail was thought of. There was ample storage and closet space and hooks in every bathroom. Laundry on both floors was so helpful. The bunk room was so cute and cozy for the kids. Safe and sturdy and they all had a spot for their little stuff right in their bed. The kitchen was stunning and so well stocked with all you needed. The location to the beach was perfect and such a short walk to downtown. Could not have been more perfect!!!

Perfect South Haven Location

This home had everything we could have needed. Spacious, more than enough room for our group. Short walk to the water/lighthouse or into town. Did not need to contact property manager as we had no issues. Would definitely book again for future visits to SH and would highly recommend.

Great Location!

This newly constructed home was very clean and well equipped. Beach chairs, wagon, rafts, toys, baby gate, pack and play. Well stocked kitchen and big gas grill. Perfect for extended family and small children. Close to beach, town, Catholic church, kid’s corner park, and bike trails. Mike was very responsive.

South Haven vacation

Everyone loved the house. In my husband’s words, ‘if I had a home like this in South Haven’, I don’t think I’d let anyone else stay there’. The home was spotless when we arrived. It’s beautiful and well-stocked from the kitchen to the garage. We grilled a few nights and enjoyed the patio, including the fire pit, grille and patio set. The home was tastefully done and spacious. Everyone having their own attached bathroom was great as well. Upstairs and downstairs laundry facilities were very convenient. Landscaping was beautiful and well-kept. We could not have asked for a better location; just a few minute walk to the beach and a short walk to the downtown area. The outdoor shower was perfect for returning from the beach.
