The Space:

Newly remodeled and just steps from North Beach, Harbours 12 is an easy, laid-back retreat for up to 7 guests who want to be close to the water and everything South Haven has to offer.



Located in a small lakeside community with private beach access and a shared pool, this two-story townhome puts you right in the middle of beach days, sunset walks, and casual summer living. Spend your mornings at Bunde’s Bakery, afternoons on the sand or by the pool, and evenings exploring downtown just a short walk or quick drive away.



Inside, the home is comfortable and refreshed, with updated furnishings and a layout designed for relaxing after a full day outside. Large windows bring in natural light, and multiple decks give you space to sip your coffee, enjoy a meal, or unwind with a drink in the evening.



The bedrooms are designed for rest and recharge, with comfortable beds that make it easy to settle in after long beach days. Whether you're traveling with family or friends, the space is simple, functional, and perfectly positioned for a classic South Haven getaway.



NOTE: There is no grill at this unit due to updated fire inspection protocols.

• Parking for 2 vehicles (one near unit, one near street)

Your Shores Vacation Rentals team are local area experts who know all of the ins and outs of our beautiful homes in South Haven.



We're available in-person Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, to assist guests in planning their South Haven vacation and providing insider tips for an authentic local experience.



For our incoming guests:



Prior to your arrival you will receive all pertinent check-in information communicated via email and mobile SMS messaging, as well as a local destination guide with our personal recommendations on local eats and activities in the area.



We provide an after-hours emergency phone number to call in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile SMS number that you can text for non-emergency issues.
