Perfect Family Getaway!

This is a beautiful property and we enjoyed it immensely. The shaded pool house was great for meals and relaxing. The pool was very well-designed for little ones. Bedrooms and bathrooms were spacious and spotless. Kitchen was well-equipped. Washer and dryers on first and second floors were much appreciated. Shortcut walk to beach was wonderful. Pool toys galore, ping pong table in garage was fun as was pool table on second level.

Beautiful home!

This home is wonderful for a large family! The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you need!! We were so happy with the location and back cut thru to get to the beach very easily. We loved the pool and outside cabana with TV. We spent many nights out there sitting playing games and hanging in the pool! Hope to come back again soon!

Such a wonderful family vacation!

The house was perfect for us, and the pool was enjoyed everyday! The locking pool cover was a very comforting feature.This was the first time we had booked a home for a family vacation, and the bar has been set very high! With 4 little ones, we ate in much of the time, and the kitchen and dining area were wonderful spaces. The kids thoroughly enjoyed the bunk room and the play area upstairs.

Amazing property

This property is fantastic. Check in and check out were exceptional and easy. The property manager was easy to reach and was helpful every time we reached out to them. This was everything we needed for a large group of people. This property is located on the end of a cul-de-sac which is a Bonus. The variety of the different bedrooms was helpful as our stay included multiple families some with children and some was not. They have literally considered every possible scenario with this rental home. The pool and pool house were utilized on a daily basis. There is a million pool toys, games, and floats for people to use. We did use the fire pit it was very easy to use and was fully stocked with dried Wood. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked. It is better stocked than any rental property I have previously been to. This was very easy to have meals with a large party of people. There are numerous bikes and bike helmets in the garage. There is a ping-pong table for people use. Overall are week-long stay could not be better. It was just absolutely fantastic for family.

Beautiful home and very responsive hosts!

There were 10 of us, and the accommodations were perfect! The pool and hot tub were fabulous. It was a short walk to North Beach and a short drive to South Beach. We had a great time and created many memories!! We would definitely recommend this to other families! You won't be disappointed!

Amazing property!

My family of 4 plus 2 other families ( total of 6 kids ages 2-5 and 6 adults) loves our stay. The house was clean, has plenty of room and had everything that we needed! It was a short drive to downtown and to the beach, making it easy to have a beach day and come back and relax at the house. I highly recommend this place and would easily rent this place again for future visits!

Perfection

We celebrated our 50th anniversary at this beautiful home. We had plenty of room with 8 adults and 5 grandchildren. The pool was in use non stop. Plenty of inflatables. The pool cover kept all adults worry free! A short walk to the beach which was great for our grandchildren to play in the sand. I recommend this perfect location. Thank you♄

Amazing and The Best

This house is one of the best we have ever stayed in. Clean with the most modern conveniences, and they thought of everything in providing supplies. The rooms are spacious and clean (immaculate), and the outside pool area is perfect for all ages. The setup was brilliant and we had the best time with our kids and grandkids and friends. You will not be disappointed if you book here, It is the best ever. Owners are great to communicate with too. Not one thing we would have changed!~

Wonderful stay!

We couldn’t have asked for a better stay during our week at this home for our family vacation. The house is extremely spacious, clean and well thought out. The pool, hot tub and outdoor areas were perfect for our group to hang out. We loved having the pool house area to shelter us from the rainy days. The outdoor bathroom, outdoor fridge and outdoor showers were perfect for all of the time we spent outside. The garage was well stocked with bikes, beach gear, pool toys, etc. The kids loved the playroom area up on the third floor. The house is a short walk through a gated path to the beach across the street. We loved the close proximity to the beach so we could take the short walk to watch the beautiful sunsets. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay again when we return to South Haven!

Best Vacation Ever!

We stayed here for a week at the end of August and it was the perfect getaway for our family. The house is absolutely beautiful! The pool and backyard are amazing, and the walk to the beach is just minutes. I would highly recommend this property and we would love to visit again!

Even better than it looks in the listing

This was like being at a resort but without the staff. It had tons of activities, and it was SO toddler-friendly. All of us adults (ages 21-65) and my little toddler absolutely loved it. This is also the cleanest rental property (including hotel rooms) I have ever stayed at. I initially questioned the late check-in/early checkout times, but once I saw how clean the it was, the time they needed made sense. It felt like we were the very first people to ever stay there, and I realized how much more relaxed I felt with such an obviously deep cleaned place.

We really enjoyed this property. The layout and space worked perfectly for our group. We ended up not using one bedroom. The pool, hot tub, outdoor dining table and TV were special. The beach is an easy little walk, and the beach itself was nice.

This lovely home had any item (and more) you could possibly need to enjoy your beach vacation. We highly recommend this property! Beautiful decor inside and out with many pleasant surprises; no expenses spared anywhere! We truly enjoyed the heated pool/outdoor space, and the beach nearby. Our suggestions would be to send a "Next Steps" after the paid balance to know when to anticipate further communications as well as a more comprehensive list of what the house contains--- too many amenities to list here. We would have saved on packing items that were already in the house.

Best vacation home in South Haven

This home was perfect for our large family of 10-12 including children and grandchildren ages 0-4 from Chicago and Michigan. The downstairs master bedroom suite was perfect for the grandparents! It is the only bedroom with a bathroom with a bathtub so it became a popular evening hangout before bed for the kids. It’s a very clean property!! The neighborhood is new and very upscale. The playroom was a popular hangout for the kids at some point every day and especially when it was raining. The fenced in pool was amazing! The entire backyard for that matter was amazing! It was like having your own private resort. The trees in back gave us all the privacy we wanted! Hope those stay! With young children we were concerned about renting a home with a backyard pool. The pool has a retractable cover that we used and locked the pool after every time we swam. It has a key and is completely childproof! It has an outdoor shower and bathroom. A covered area with plenty of space to eat meals outdoors. A covered hot tub
 and fire pit! A very safe family hangout! The best peace of mind! The beach is nearby , but with steep stairs is accessible by foot only so not great if you need a stroller or a sun umbrella or sand toys and chairs for a lot of young kids. A nice place to see the sunsets when the kids went to bed. We used South beach as there are no steep steps and easy to bring sand toys, umbrellas, chairs, blankets, etc. and only 6 min drive. The garage had bikes, and the the pool had pool toys. The kitchen was well stocked but could really have used a toaster oven. We managed. (Lol). We brought a few child gates because our grandkids are so young. Just something to consider. They have a high chair, a crib, and a pack n play available. Thank you for having us! We enjoyed our family and our vacation 2022 in your beautiful home! It was perfect! Would love to come back!

Great Family Vacation Spot

We were extremely happy with our choice for choosing this property for our family vacation. The house was beautiful. Lots of space for our entire family. We used the pool, hot tub, fire pit area, outside. Plus every room in the house. The best part was the customer service. Terrific stay in clean well-equipped house

We enjoyed a week stay in this home as a group of 7 - our family of 6 plus a babysitter. The home had all one could ask for with respect to kitchen tools and linens and has been thoughtfully constructed. The pool and outdoor area got the most use from us - it was so nice to have bikes and such as well, and of real value to us with younger kids was the third floor playroom when we needed a break from outside. The beach is a very short walk (there are about 20 steps to its access point as is common in this part of Michigan) and the town of South Haven is an easy and flat 15 to 20 minute walk that we did most days. Would recommend this property and consider staying there again in the future.

Great place for families

Everything was as we expected. Host was prompt at answering any inquiries. Loved the large home and amenities. Location was great. Highly recommend for any large group.
