The kitchen is outfitted with every necessity and plentiful cabinet storage, and there's room to dine, sip coffee, and read the morning paper at the eat-in table, the adjacent octagonal table, and the picnic table outside on the deck. Leave the day's swimsuits to ring out in the washer/dryer and pile on the sofa in the family room to watch Netflix and cable movies or log onto the free WiFi.

This home sits just north of Main Street (Route 28) in South Chatham, with the closest beach - Forest Beach - less than a mile south. The heart of downtown Chatham is only four miles east, where you'll find charming shops, restaurants, and Veterans Field (the summertime home of the Chatham Anglers). Other beloved beaches, including Hardings Beach (three miles southeast) and Lighthouse Beach (five miles east), are within a short drive or bike ride, as is the Cranberry Valley Golf Course (four miles northwest).

The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
