The Space:
On the Cul-de-sac of a private Chatham neighborhood sits this unique recently renovated 3 bedroom home. The tasteful artistic flair and modern style of this house will serve as the perfect backdrop for your next Cape Cod getaway. Best of all don’t worry if you can’t bear the idea of traveling without your dogs, you can bring up to two with you to Artist's Haven!

Upon arriving you will find plenty of parking in the wrap-around driveway. Walking up the front stairs you are first greeted by a front farmers porch which opens into a larger side deck featuring a propane grill and outdoor shower. Stepping into the house you walk through a beautiful and well stocked Chef’s kitchen and dining area which is the perfect space to craft and enjoy your own vacation culinary masterpieces.

Also on the main floor is a bedroom featuring a Queen size bed, bathroom and spacious living room/tv area. Up the stairs you will find another living room/TV area and convenient work space in case you need to do a little work while enjoying your vacation. Also on the second floor is a large bedroom with three twin beds which is the perfect space for kids. Downstairs a well appointed and recently renovated basement apartment features a Queen size bed, separate bathroom, couch and living area. This home features a central vacuum system, radiant heat and a washer/dryer in the downstairs bathroom area.

On both the main floor and upstairs of this charming Cape getaway there are gas fireplaces for your enjoyment--an ideal way to provide some cozy comfort after a long day of seaside adventure. Outside there is a dining table and chairs on the deck as well as a seating area around an outdoor chiminea. Both of these are perfect places to enjoy the beautiful Cape Cod weather day or night. Directly next to the house is the Cape Cod Rail Trail which is a 25.5 mile activity path ideal for biking, walking or running that can take you all the way to Yarmouth or Wellfleet.

Artist's Haven is centrally located which makes it a quick drive to enjoy the many attractions Cape Cod has to offer. Whether touring downtown Chatham, playing one of the several area Golf Courses, or soaking up the sun on nearby Forest Beach (1.2 miles away) you will find this house to be the perfect mix of privacy and central location for your next Cape Cod dream vacation.

Wonderful Stay in Chatham

We enjoyed a wonderful week on Cape Cod and really enjoyed this vacation home in Chatham. The home was very comfortable and exactly as described and depicted on the website. It was clean, well-appointed (including linens, towels, soap, TP, dish detergent, paper towels - all the essentials), everything worked, and the check-out process was very easy. DelMar made the experience akin to staying at a hotel, with the comfort of a home to ourselves. I would highly recommend. Thanks!

Perfect Location and Great Prpoerty

The area is so private. The property is so unique. The outside I loved all the great pieces the owners made or acquired . The size of the house is great. The basement is beautiful. Bike path is yards away. Beach is also very close.I put a deposit on it for next year.

Beautiful!

This was the perfect house for our group. Everyone had their own sleeping space and the various common areas gave us room to spread out to relax on the deck/porch, read, watch tv or play games at the kitchen table. The numerous storage spaces gave us room to unpack and spread out
hooks, shelves, closets, dressers aplenty! The kitchen was so well stocked with pots & pans, utensils of every sort, mugs & dishes. Everything was organized and CLEAN! Having beautiful potted plants displayed was an extra special touch. The owners have really thought of everything to help make the house and yard cozy and inviting. We loved the art work displayed throughout the house and the yard art was just spectacular. Every space on the grounds had interesting metal work tucked in amongst the beautiful landscaping. A rustic little path led us to the walking/running/biking path that we all enjoyed each day. We were close to a grocery store, numerous beaches, and interesting little towns for shopping and restaurants. We LOVED this house and even our young adults said it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed!!!

Annual Cape Getaway

This property is so much more than what you see in the pictures. The property is an adventure in itself. It is very private, yet accessible to everything very easily. So many little areas to relax and enjoy. I unfortunately lost my dog before our trip, which is why we picked this property. That being said, there was absolutely NO evidence of a dog ever staying there (Although there were some dog toys left there for use). Very spacious, perfect for our family. Each sector of the family had their own level with a bath. Perfect!!!

Wonderful Property

We had a wonderful stay. The house was clean, had nice large rooms, and a beautiful kitchen. We loved the location right on the biking trail. We rented bikes for our short stay and were able to jump right on the trail. Great property!

Lovely Home on Quiet Cul-de-sac

Artist’s Haven is a lovely, well kept home situated on a court with access to the Cape Cod bike & walking trail. We loved the gourmet kitchen and comfortable living room as well as the layout of the home. The property has lots to explore with whimsical yard art surrounding the property. We enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable and at home.
