Delightful Self Contained Garden Cabin Near Totnes/Dartington. 1 Bed Sleeps 2

Owls Nest cabin is a self-contained, comfortable, quiet space. It has an open-plan layout with vaulted ceiling. The main room looks onto the garden and orchard. With full kitchen, shower room and bench outside to take in the beautiful garden space with big trees. Sleeps two adults with a quality memory foam mattress, all bedding provided.

Comfortable sofa seating area and dining table. Small well appointed kitchen with microwave oven, fridge, toaster, variety of pots and pans with tableware etc. Shower room and toilet, towels, soap, shampoo and conditioner provided. The Cabin properly insulated with heating from an oil filled radiator. Excellent mobile phone signal though Wifi is not great. Variety of tea's provided. A cot for a pre-crawling baby can be provided.

Outside space
The Cabin has its own South facing bench to enjoy the sunshine for your breakfast and evening meal and the cabin's patio door open fully to let the outside inside. Sit with your morning tea/coffee with the chorus of birdsong, relax after your evening meal or wrap up when it's dark to hear the owls hoot! You will see deer in the garden early morning and rabbits hopping around through the day! Snuggle on the sofa with blankets and just enjoy the quiet. We are a family with young twins; you will occasionally hear them playing during the day and they may want to interact. It all goes quiet at 7pm!

The integrated separate bathroom has a heated towel rail, shower cubicle and toilet and sink.

Convenient for the A38 for Plymouth and Exeter, it's also a 10 minute drive to Totnes, Dartington or Dartmoor and 30 minutes from beautiful beaches. The cabin is an ideal base to explore the South hams, Dartmoor National Park and gorgeous Devon beaches and a peaceful, comfortable base to return to. It's also a 5 minutes walk to the bus stop at Marley Head.

Guest access
The cabin building is close to but completely separate from our house. The 3 acres of our garden is gated and you will have a gate code and your own key for 24 hour access.
Driveway parking. Bikes can be stored safely.
