I had three rooms reserved for three nights for my daughterâs graduation at Notre Dame. The hotel had water heater issues and we ended up not being able to shower for the length of our stay. We were told the manager would be contacting us about some form of compensation for this inconvenience and was out of town. Later we were t told the owner would contact us and that he was also out of town. Itâs now been over a week and despite leaving my complaint and contact info with several hotel front desk employees, I have yet to hear from anyone. Their customer service and communication was horrible and I would never stay there again or recommend that anyone else stay there. Equipment breaks down, but how you handle that with your customers is the measure of your service. Apparently, their method is to just ignore the customers and hope it goes away.
