With 100 m² of space, this apartment has been completely redesigned, blending modern comfort with eclectic charm. It’s perfect for a getaway as a couple, with friends, or family.

The Spaces:

BEDROOMS
- The first bedroom (13 m²) features a cozy 140 cm bed (55 inches - US: Full XL / Europe) and direct access to a private, sheltered terrace, ideal for relaxing in complete privacy.

- The second bedroom (21 m²) is more spacious, bright, and welcoming—perfect for unwinding after a busy day. It comes with a 160 cm bed (Queen size).

In our commitment to protecting the environment, the house is not air-conditioned. However, the apartment has been fully renovated with high-performance solutions to ensure your comfort while respecting the planet. The windows are equipped with high-quality double glazing (CSTB rating A4 E9A VA3, the highest on the market in 2023), and effective external insulation has been installed. Additionally, each bedroom features a ceiling fan with a remote control, allowing you to regulate the temperature naturally and sustainably.

- BATHROOM: The modern bathroom includes a walk-in shower, while the toilet is conveniently separate.
Travel light! Just as we found it essential to provide kitchen essentials, the bathroom is also stocked with basic products for your comfort. Available for your use: mouthwash (Listerine-type), makeup remover, cotton pads, cotton swabs, and tissues. For equipment, you'll find a hairdryer as well.

- KITCHEN: Feel at home in the fully equipped kitchen, which opens onto a lush, private terrace, perfect for enjoying meals or a morning coffee surrounded by greenery.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need: a dishwasher, an induction cooktop, an oven, and a microwave. For your convenience, we also provide a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, an immersion blender, and a hand mixer—everything you need for an afternoon of baking to delight your taste buds!

As frequent travelers who often stay in vacation rentals, we understand how frustrating it can be not to have the "basics" that make life easier. That’s why we provide a "kitchen starter kit" for your arrival, including: salt, pepper, sugar, sugar cubes, flour, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, coffee pods, tea bags, dish soap, dishwasher pods, a sponge, and trash bags.

For longer stays, you’ll need to replenish or replace anything that runs out over time.

- LAUNDRY ROOM:
The apartment does not have a private laundry room, but you will have access to a shared laundry room located in the basement of the house, equipped with a washing machine and a dryer.

The living and dining area is cozy and inviting, ideal for gathering with family or friends in a warm, convivial atmosphere.
