Because we understand that our guests don't have full control of their travel arrival & departure times, "Early Check-In" and "Late Check-Out" options may be granted based upon availability. NOTE – NO PRIVATE POOL:
There is no access to the pool on the Campo Del Mar Villa 5/5A property unless the villa and cottage are rented together. There are Community Pools throughout the gated community available for use.

ADDITIONAL SPACE OPTIONS:
There is a fully detached private 2-bedroom villa with 2 ½ bathrooms, a full kitchen, living room and a pool on the property which allows you to reserve this entire spacious property as 3-bedrooms, 3 ½ bathrooms, 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens – accommodating 4 extra guests at an additional cost per night. Renting the cottage and villa together accommodates 8 guests. The 2-bedroom villa has also undergone a makeover similar to the cottage with lots of new enhancements. To add the 2-bedroom villa with pool to your reservation, contact the host for availability prior to reserving the 1-bedroom cottage.

MANDATORY FEES:
