Villa Futura is a bright and sunny three-story villa in a quiet position, located on a hillside above the sea. It sleeps 11 people. From Villa Futura you will enjoy an enchanting view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the hills of Sorrento. Villa Futura is 300 square meters (3230 square feet). It features a private swimming pool, panoramic private terraces with a view of the sea, a private patio with a view of the sea, a private garden, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be roughly 7 km (4.3 miles) from Sorrento, where you will find restaurants, shops, public transportation, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the closest beach at 5 km (roughly 3 miles). You will reach Villa Futura from the parking area without having to climb any steps.
To stay at Villa Futura you will need a car. You will be able to park it on the premises, free of charge inside the entrance gate. The parking space is suitable for up to four cars. Swimming Pool
The above-ground swimming pool is 4 meters (13 feet) large by 6 meters (20 feet) long, 1.5 meters (5 feet) deep. The above-ground swimming pool has an octagonal shape. The area is equipped with an external shower. From the swimming pool you will enjoy a breathtaking view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea. The pool is open from the beginning of May until the end of October.

The patio is 50 square meters (540 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by an elegant wood roof. It is equipped with small sofas and armchairs and with a table, chairs and sun loungers. From the patio you will enjoy a broad view of the sea.

The garden is 500 square meters (5380 square feet). It is partly shaded by imposing trees. It is equipped with sun loungers. From the garden you will enjoy a wonderful view over Sorrento, the Bay of Naples and Mount Vesuvius and of the sea.
Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are elegant and bright. Here you will find a single bed (80 cm/32 inches), as well as two sofas, two armchairs and a divan that unfolds into a double bed. There is an elegant fireplace. The dining table can accommodate six guests. In this room you will find a satellite television (local channels). From the living room you will be able to enter the patio with a broad view of Sorrento and of the Bay of Naples through two double-glazed French doors. The room also has a window. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Dining Room
You will be able to enter the dining room from the kitchen. The dining table can accommodate 12 guests. In the dining room you will find a brickwork barbecue and a wood-fired pizza oven. From the dining room you will be able to enter the patio through a double-glazed French door. The room also has a large window.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room. It is professional-grade, equipped with a five-burner gas cooker, an electric oven, a refrigerator with freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, a toaster and other small appliances. The dining table can accommodate six guests. From the kitchen a French door will take you to the patio with a view of the sea. The room also has two windows.
Bathroom
The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the living room.
