Not included in the price, to be paid on site, upon arrival:

• Tourist tax 4,00 euros per day per person for the first 7 nights. Children under 18 years do not pay. Tax requested from April 1st to October 31.
• For arrivals after 8:00 PM until midnight a late arrival fee of 60,00 euros will be requested. For arrivals after midnight an 80,00 euros late arrival fee will be requested
• Final cleaning 500,00 euros

The focal point of the outside space is the pool, immersed in the greenery of the garden and flanked by sun bathing terraces paved in an elegant charcoal grey tiling. A few steps lead down to an attractive enclosed lawn, the perfect spot for ball games and play time for any children in the party. Overlooking the lawn, the main terrace, which is accessed from the kitchen and open plan main living space, has a dining area and attractive lounge seating.

The villa extends over 350m², comprising a main building set on two levels and an annex. Step into the central living room which, with the assistance of split levels has been cleverly divided into separate areas. Vast picture windows let in the magnificent views and floor to ceiling sliding doors lead out to one of the terraces. A dining table sits at one end of the room, partially screened from the lounge space. A large kitchen is well equipped for catering for larger groups, with plenty of countertop and cupboard space, and a breakfast bar.

There are 3 bedrooms in the main villa, with sliding doors leading out to another sea view terrace which wraps right round the villa. A further 2 bedrooms are housed in a separate annex with private terraces. Throughout the property, ensuite bathrooms feature magnificent marble fittings, double sinks and huge walk-in shower cubicles.

• You’ll find a huge choice of restaurants in Sorrento, but when you do feel like cooking, you’ll find everything you need at the local supermarket.
