Living Room:

The open plan living room is complete with all of the comforts, table and chairs, TV, air condition, sofa bed.

Direct access to the private terrace area where you can enjoy the view.

Kitchen:

The kitchen is fully equipped with every kind of accessory and all of the essentials you will need to cook a homemade meal, including fridge with freezer, microwave, induction hob with stove top, dishwasher and washer, it even includes a coffee machine.

Balcony:

The Private Balcony can be accessed through the living room and is complete with chairs and coffee table. It’s a great place to enjoy your morning coffee.

Guest Access

During your stay, you will have complete private access to the whole apartment including the balcony and terrace during your stay with us and there are no common or shared areas with other guests. Please note that the apartment is located on the 4th floor with no elevator. We kindly mention this in case it may be challenging for guests with reduced mobility or for those who prefer to avoid stairs.

Extra costs to be kindly provided at the check in:

• Cleaning fee: 100€ total per stay

• City Tax: 4€ per adult, per night

• Pet Fee: 20€ / night

• Late Check In cost: 50€ (7.00 pm - midnight)

Damage and Incidentals

You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Parking

We offer to our guests a new Luxury and stress free service of Car Valet with pick up and delivery of the car at the property. The car will be parked in an outdoor/indoor private parking with 24h surveillance.Anytime you need the car during your stay you just need to call the parking staff 30 minutes in advance you need the car for and it will be delivered to your place. Cost is 25€/night for a Car and 35€/night for Vans.
