This 2 bedroom townhome at Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina includes 2 bedrooms with pillow-top queen sized beds, and a fully-furnished living area with a pull-out sofa bed. This fully-equipped townhome features 2 bathrooms, 2 luxurious soaker tubs, an in-suite washer and dryer, and a gourmet kitchen with granite countertops. Bonus! The master bedroom is connected to its own private balcony, offering stunning views of the marina and gorgeous Sooke Basin.

This vacation home is professionally managed by True Key Vacations Ltd. There are staff onsite at Sooke Harbour Resort & Marina between 9am and 5pm PST for any issues that may occur.

This home is located just minutes from downtown Sooke which offers grocery stores, pharmacies, liquor stores, restaurants, cafe's and shops.

Also, this Resort has a 114-slip marina onsite which is home to many fishing charter companies plus Adventures by HIP (the number one whale watching company in Sooke!). You can rent a bike or kayak from West Coast Outdoor Adventures which is also located at this beautiful Resort.

Take a drive to one of the many areas offering walking trails, hiking trails, beaches, mountain biking and more. You can't beat this area of Vancouver Island for outdoor activities!

Before arrival, you will be contacted by the True Key Vacations team to give you directions on accessing your suite. The doors will have a 4-digit code and you can park one vehicle in the car port out front. Extra parking is available for a fee of $10/day (plus applicable taxes) through the resort pay meter app.

We highly recommend bringing a vehicle. Although there is public transportation available between Sooke and Victoria, it is very limited, and the nearest grocery store is a 25 to 30-minute walk away.

Please note, long term stays will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $164+tax. We will send you a request for payment of this charge upon confirmation of your reservation.

Long term stays are GST applicable. This tax of 5% will be charged to the credit card provided upon arrival.

Deposit Required: A deposit of 50% for the reservation is due at the time of booking. The balance is due and payable 7-days prior to arrival. Bookings made within 7-days of arrival will be charged the full cost of the stay in order to confirm the reservation.

This vacation home is fully-equipped with everything you need for a great stay. All furnishings, kitchen appliances, utensils, dishware, glassware, cooking utensils and cookware are included. Bathroom amenities, linen and towels are also part of the package.

Great place for a snowbird getaway

Clean quiet and close enough to amenities that we could walk. Ours was a 2 month extended stay and there was lots of room and the place felt like home by the time we left. The only disappointment was that the hot tub closest to our unit was out of order for almost a month of our two month stay. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Corporate! But still enjoyed my stay.

I have to admit, I was a little taken aback by the host's communication before I arrived. They were very formal and corporate standard form communications. I received a rental agreement and two revised contracts, written as if they came directly from their legal staff. One of their emails asked me to go to a website where I was to fill out some information about myself. The site asked for my passport number and a photo of it. As I was a Canadian already on the road travelling within Canada, I didn't have it with me and wondered why they even needed that information at all. I wrote asking about it, and I never got a response to the question. I was just sent another form email that told me to complete the requested information. I worked around it and they still sent me the check-in information. I never got the impression I was ever dealing with another human being. Suffice to say, if you're looking for a warm and friendly host with personal attention, I don't think you'll find it here. Anyway, I arrived at the resort unit and it was lovely. It was upscale, even a little elegant. I thought that the off-white carpets throughout the unit were a bold choice for a rental unit, but they were tolerably clean. The view of the water from the upper balcony was a delight and the beds were comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed and immaculately clean. All in all, I would stay here again, especially now that I know what to expect from the booking process.

Wonderful Winter Staycation.

We rented this townhouse for a month to be close to family and host friends. It was clean, bright and the perfect amount of space. Good layout with two bedrooms/bathrooms one upper, one lower separated by the main living area. The view from the upper primary suite balcony was stunning! Great sunrise coffee spot and happy hour sunsets! Our granddaughters particularly enjoyed the hot tub located directly outside the lower level. We did tweak our dates during the booking process and Jennifer was excellent to deal with. Thank you! We will be back.
