This fully remodeled house features polished concrete kitchen counter tops, new appliances, a pantry room with a coffee bar featuring an amazing Nespresso Vertuo machine stocked with coffee/espresso pods, and a frothier. The dining room has a beautiful custom wooden table for 8 people.

The living room features 70" HD TV with Chromecast, and an extra large sofa that will keep every cozy next to the gorgeous gas log fireplace. We offer Netflix & live YouTube TV, and a super fast WIFI with mesh that will allow you to stream, play, and work all at the same time from every corner of this spacious house.

The dining room features an extra large custom wooden table and a high chair.

A professionally-installed dual zoned HVAC system uses two Nest thermostats for each floor of the home. This allows the you to set different temperatures throughout the house. There is also a beautiful gas log fireplace that can warm the soul.

The house boasts 4 separate bedrooms, with 5 beds in total.

Bedroom 1 - The bedroom downstairs features a gorgeous wooden king bed, matching night stands, and dual closets. The bedroom has a French door that leads to the patio. The ground floor also has a guest bathroom and a laundry room featuring new Maytag washer and dryer.

Bedroom 2 - An upper level master bedroom with a queen bed and a hammock chair. There is also a workstation desk with a light and usb charger.

Bedroom 3 - Another bedroom upstairs boasts a queen size bed.

Bedroom 4 - Upper level bedroom with two twin beds and a large walk-in closet. This bedroom is perfect for both adults and kids.

*** BATHROOMS ***

The house has 2 full bathrooms, each with plenty of storage and welcoming water pressure. The first bathroom downstairs (The Powder Room) has a clawfoot tub and a shower. The second is a master bathroom upstairs with a tub and a shower. These two bathrooms have ample space for all guests and you won't have to spend time waiting. Especially on vacation.

Laundry room is well stocked and well equipped with all new Maytag washer and a dryer.

*** BACKYARD ***

A good size backyard features cedar Almost Heaven 6 person sauna, Oklahoma Joe's BBQ grill which can run on propane, charcoal, and has a smoker. Custom made wooden table with matching benches. The super comfy hammock chairs can be a perfect place to read a book or take a nap. The patio also features a beautiful custom cedar table good for 8 people and two matching benches. The backyard can be accessed through the living room, bedroom, and even from the ground floor bathroom.

** GARAGE ***

The two car garage has a professional Stiga ping-pong table with four paddles and a treadmill. The horseshoe driveway has an RV parking and plenty of additional parking for the guests.

** House Rules **

We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant and safe experience.

* No Parties or Events
* No Pets (inquire with the host if you would like to a bring a pet).
* No Smoking (penalty $100+ depending on damage)
* Only Registered Guests Are Allowed
* Home occupancy is 10 maximum. Anything above 10 will have a fee of $100 per night per person.
* Locals must contact the host before booking.
* No Exception To Check-In and Check-Out Times Unless Discussed And Approved By Host In Advance. Late check outs can negatively affect future reservations by making our house cleaner to wait.
* Do Not Use The Premises For Any illegal Activity
* Guests Should Dispose Of The Garbage In The Trash Can.
* If home is extremely dirty an extra $100 cleaning fee will be imposed.
* Leave the Trash and Recycle cans on the side of the road for weekly pickup.
* No Shoes Inside The Home Please.
* Damages Beyond Normal Wear and Tear Will Be Billed To The Guest And Reported To Vrbo
* Turn Fireplace, Lights, And AC/Heat Off When Away.
* Do NOT leave fireplace on overnight. This is dangerous and can cause carbon monoxide poisoning.
* If you move anything, please return it its original place.
* Quiet Hours from 10 pm to 8 am.
* Please do not park or block neighbor's driveway.
* Lower portion of the backyard is off limits. There is an above ground pool and a matching deck that is undergoing repairs and maintenance. For safety reason, the lower portion of the backyard shouldn't be accessed by guests. Keep the gates closed and locked at all times.
