* The **ground floor** houses our **skincare studio** and a **retro vintage shop** voted BEST IN SONOMA- LADYBUCK VINTAGE (open TuesâSun, 11amâ5pm).
* Your apartment above is a **completely private retreat** â cozy, secure, and full of natural light.
Joanie (âJojoâ) lives in the back cottage and helps welcome guests when needed, but your stay will be **private and independent**. For any assistance, please text or call us directly. đ

The Neighborhood:
We're located in Agua Caliente just 3.4 miles north of the historic Sonoma Plaza. We have some delicious restaurants, coffee shops, and even a fitness studio with awesome classes to stay fit while on vacay. Not to mention that just 5 minutes north of us are some killer wineries like Abbott's Passage, Hamel, B.R. Cohn, Imagery, Benziger, and more!
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, Sonoma Taxi or by car is best. We also have a bus stop not too far. You're welcome to rent bikes if you're comfortable with busy roads. Cycling into the town of Sonoma southeast of where we're is bicycle friendly. North of us is not so bicycle friendly.
Other Things to Note:
1 pet max $75 - for stays 1-2 days
$150 - for 3 nights or more
Pet must be crated if youâre gone and not left in the yard or locked in a bedroom either. If barking becomes a nuisance you will be asked to leave. Or we suspect that you have done either of the following, you will be asked to return and get your dog.
PLEASE KEEPS PETS OFF OF FURNITURE.
We also have pets and love them but we also have guests who have no pets and donât love sleeping or staying on furniture where pets have been.
Make sure pet poop is poop scooped in yard. Pooper scooper provided.
Behind the building is another home where my mom(Joanie aka Jojo) lives. She's very quiet and keeps to herself but is happy to interact should anything come up but please text us first do not go knock on her door.
We have a sweet cat named Luna that lives on property- please do not let her inside the apartment.
The apartment itself is incredibly private, safe, and fairly quiet except during commute hours because weâre on a main road but it does quiet down at night. We do provide noise machines and air purifiers in each bedroom which help drown out the any road noise. The courtyard and apartment itself is completely private and not shared with anyone else.
Interaction with Guests:
My Mom, Joanie lives on property in the house in the back. She's available should anything come up but please text me first and do not disturb her by knocking on her door.
