Nous avons eu une histoire d'amour avec Sonoma pendant des années et nous sommes heureux d'appeler à la maison, de temps en temps de toute façon. Nous avons choisi Birch Rd. pour construire notre escapade en famille et que vous voulez le partager avec vous. Nous avons pris la coquille merveilleuse d'un vieux cottage des années 1940 et l'avons entièrement retravaillée pour créer la retraite la plus relaxante et confortable que vous puissiez imaginer.

Notre gîte Sonoma est entièrement rénové avec des finitions haut de gamme et décoré avec style. Que vous souhaitiez faire du vélo autour de la magnifique campagne (vélos fournis et de nombreux vignobles à distance de vélo), aller à pied à Sonoma Plaza pour faire du shopping / dîner ou au salon près de la piscine toute la journée et dîner en plein air, ce chalet est pour vous.

Nous avons également pensé à chaque détail, surtout si vous souhaitez amener vos enfants le long. Nous avons une superbe piscine (avec une couverture automatique qui supporte le poids d’un camion, donc pas de problèmes de sécurité), un ensemble de jeu en bois sur mesure et moderne, du matériel de vélo pour enfants, des jouets et des berceaux / autres articles portables pour bébés. Notre chalet inclut également construit dans des lits superposés pour 2 enfants 12 ans et moins.

À l'extérieur, notre cottage est idéal pour vos réunions Sonoma. Il comprend une piscine chauffée ultra-moderne avec filtre à ultraviolets, de nouveaux meubles élégants au bord de la piscine pour la détente diurne, une terrasse surdimensionnée avec barbecue Weber et une grande table pour des d nouveau foyer à gaz avec des sièges décontractés pour savourer votre dernier verre de cabine en soirée, sous les lumières du café.

À l'intérieur, le chalet dispose d'une nouvelle cuisine sur mesure avec de nouveaux appareils en acier inoxydable et une salle à manger intérieure baignée de soleil et directement connectée au pont. Chacune des chambres comprend un lit queen size avec un matelas en mousse à mémoire de forme et la salle de bain est élégamment rénovée avec une baignoire profonde et un haut-parleur Bluetooth qui se connecte de manière transparente à votre téléphone et à votre musique. Pour ceux qui veulent rester connectés, le chalet dispose d'une connexion Wi-Fi rapide et d'une télévision intelligente 4K.

Perfect Week in Sonoma

We spent our son's spring break week in April here. Property was perfect for our 7 year old. Pool, great backyard, fire pit for smores and a fun kids room with some games and toys. Close to great restaurants, hikes and wine tasting. Bonus a spa is walking distance for massages. Good size kitchen and great dining table that we used for games when the weather wasn't great. Windows everywhere - still felt the Sonoma outdoor vibe. Hosts were great - super responsive and the house was fully stocked with paper towels and toilet paper.

A sweet and relaxing retreat -- perfect for extended family vacation (pool, bikes, dreamy kitchen)

This cottage rental is everything you need for a relaxed and comfortable getaway to the beautiful Sonoma valley. A couple of blocks from the creek trail, we were able to safely bike (with 5 and 7 year olds) everywhere we wanted to go: into town, to the base of the mountain ridge trails, to parks for the kids, the Lodge Resort up the street for the adults, restaurants, Train Town (the kids were crazy about Train Town!), vineyards. I don't want to rave too much about Sonoma because I want it to stay as quaint and friendly as it is. Don't tell too many people. A huge standout of this rental: the host could not have been more accommodating, accessible, or organized (and kind!). Part of the reason we chose this rental was Mark's quick responses from my first inquiry, his knowledge of the place, his eagerness to assist and advise. It felt like we were staying at a friend's place, and he cared about out experience. This mattered a lot. Also, the beds are comfortable with enviably soft sheets and cozy pillows and comforters. There were enough bikes there for all of us, and the pool in the back yard with sun shining down and birdsong in the air was the perfect, private respite. Another highlight: roomy indoor and outdoor dining spaces, barbeque, a kitchen so well designed and situated we were all wanting to make coffee, breakfast and dinner. We stayed in Sonoma at this sweet and relaxing retreat for a week, and it went by too fast. Thank you, Mark, for your hospitality and welcome.

Unexpected Christmas Trip

Well, after a disastrous remodel at our home, or insurance company paid for us to rent a home for Christmas. Trying to find a home a week before Christmas had its challenges. This place was available. Mark was very sweet. He felt our pain and let us check in early. His directions were very thorough. He checked in on us upon arrival. My daughters were able to enjoy Christmas with a pool! I would definitely stay at this house again!

Peaceful and adorable home in Sonoma

We loved our stay at this home in Sonoma. We were traveling with two under two and four adults. There were many supplies for small children, including an ergobaby carrier, swing, portacribs. We actually used the extra rollaway mattresses as beds for the kids because the youngest is used to a floor bed. It worked very well. The outdoor space is so lovely especially in the evening. The house is walking distance to town, but we didn't feel comfortable walking with a stroller on the road the house is off of. After that there is sidewalks. If we were without young children it would have been walkable. The property managers were so helpful in giving recommendations (including family friendly ones!). I would definitely stay here again with kids if I were in the area. Thank you!

Great for a weekend event

The property feels freshly redone. The outside area is spacious and sunny. We didn’t use the pool because it was too cold but it would be lovely for a hot day. Beds were comfortable enough although pillows could be refreshed. Mattresses on bunk beds are very thin but totally fine for kids. I think adults might be less comfortable. Linens all felt new, including fluffy white towels. Shampoo, conditioner and soap in the shower was a nice touch. Although there’s only one bathroom, if that’s tolerable this is a great spot for up to 6 people. The layout feels spacious and comfortable. The property owner/manager was friendly and responsive and we appreciated the later than average checkout even though we didn’t need it. The neighborhood is fine with some really good food nearby. A few notes to keep in mind - not bad but heads up: this property is nicely redone as are the other properties next to it. Across the narrow dirt road, however, are much more modest and less well kept houses and yards. It doesn’t feel unsafe in any way, but the neighborhood vibe is not super welcoming. Again, nothing bad, just a feeling. The street where you have to turn off the main road to get to the house looks more like a dirt driveway and the sign was completely obscured by tall grasses, so it’s easy to miss. I’d suggest owners clear away the grasses. All in all, I’d recommend this property and owners are great, which always makes a difference.

Friends' get-away

Perfect wine country getaway (super kid-friendly!)

We stayed 7 nights with our toddler and had an absolute blast. We didn’t have to worry about a single thing; the cottage had literally everything. You can’t beat the location, the pool, the plentiful supplies for babies and kids, the bikes, etc. We communicated with Mark throughout our stay here and there for help with a few things and he was super responsive, kind, and generous. The best rental property we’ve ever had, hands down.

Perfectly Cozy

What a super cozy joint! Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at this super comfy home. Our boys, 9 and 11, really loved the bunk room, and my wife and I were spoiled in the plush master. Location was really great. Close enough to everything thing and the owner, Mark, was not only great to work with, but he also has a wonderful handcrafted guide to the area. The pool was perfect for the boys and the deck is a great place to have breakfast and enjoy the morning. My only nit-pick is about the size of the fridge. I think a full size freezer section would be super helpful. All and all, our stay was fantastic and we wish we had a few more days to stay. Thanks, Mark!

Amazing Find! Felt like home :)

We loved so many things about this home. It is self managed by the owners- you can tell they care and want to make sure they put out a great product. Tons of amenities & thoughtful touches. The entire place was clean and cozy, including the pool (thanks to the cover). We've stayed at 100's of places around the country & this definitely ranks high up in our favorites for Style, location, amenities, host, and price. You won't regret staying here.

Family Time at its Finest!

We booked this beautiful home for a getaway with our family who were visiting from abroad - with their 1 year old son. This place blew away our already high expectations - the pool was the perfect place to relax after tastings in Sonoma and Napa and we loved the (short) jog to Sonoma center along the beautiful bike path every morning. Our hosts had everything we needed and more for the little one (including high-chair seat, baby bed, toys, etc.). We're already dreaming of going back :)

Wonderful cottage

It was a beautiful cottage in a lovely location in Sonoma. It was perfect for our group of four parents and two kids - the space was wonderful, the pool was both safe (retractable cover) and warm.
