The single-storey property achieves perfection with its straight lines, soothing tones and brightness. The large kitchen-living-dining room is ideal for cooking your favourite dishes on the ceramic hob while chatting with your loved ones, watching the Smart TV with satellite channels and cooling off with the air conditioning. The sleeping area offers 4 spacious air-conditioned bedrooms, two with two single beds and two with a double bed. One of the latter also offers a wonderful en suite bathroom with shower. In the house there are 3 further bathrooms, two of them with bathtub and shower respectively and another one with normal shower. The equipment is completed by a washing machine, iron and ironing board as well as a cot and a high chair in case you travel with your baby.

The villa is located only 1.2 km from the beach of sa Marjal and has easy access to all the beaches of the east coastal area such as Cala Bona, Canyamel or Cala Millor, among many others. There are several nearby golf courses also for lovers of this sport. In terms of services, Cala Millor and Son Servera offer you everything you may need such as bars, restaurants, grocery stores, etc.
