Great location.

The apartment has a great location with a supermarket at the first floor and a pharmacy near by. All the town amenities are at 10 minuted walkminutes

Strip Mall

This was a terrible experience! Showed up and the "Luxury Loft" was an apartment above a CVS drug store in a strip mall. The unit was not cleaned and unable to occupy. Dealing with the Host was a pain in the neck!

The entry and parking for the unit is in the rear of CVS, next door to the market place. Was difficult to locate at first. Upon entry to building the odor from the market place is overwhelming, especially the elevator smells like expired milk. Upon arrival to the unit, we were satisfied with overall appearance. However, it is not luxury as described. Any more than 2 adults would be crowded for me. That first evening, the heating didn’t work properly but came on at 7am and was comfortable for the remaining of our stay. Yes, we had the thermostat appropriately set on auto, heat at 70 which would have been comfortable that evening was quite cold after some rain. The king bed is way too big for the size of the room. Would have preferred queen with more walking space, it was quite tight due to the limited space between the wall and mattress. The bedroom blind was broken and down. I contacted VRBO to ensure that we were not responsible for that damage, along with a towel rack in the bathroom. The smell of the marketing area was strong enough to linger into the unit at times. Some plug ins with a pleasant scent would have been nice. The location is not far from downtown. We basically, limit our use of the condo, shorten our stay and left very early for our return home.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful stay. Apartment is super clean and beautifully decorated. Great location for all of the fun activities nearby. Also very convenient that a grocery store is downstairs if you don’t feel like going out. Highly recommend.

Solvang stay

Cleaner took a while and came right before our check in so she stayed a little after 3PM. Which was not a huge issue; But it was just a little awkward. The comforter had a couple crusty stains. The shade ripped off of the roller in the master bathroom. Bed was not very comfortable. Overall. The cost for a night was way too much for the quality of the place. The aesthetic was cool but not very comfortable or worth the price

Great location, great space

Exactly what was listed. Functional and very comfortable. Very nice aesthetic. There were some minor issues. There wasn’t an ironing board and the ceiling fan didn’t work. The AC was in great working condition so we were able to make due. Michael our host was great at communicating with us. I totally recommend this place.

Winter Birthday Getaway

Couldn’t have picked a better place for a winter birthday getaway. The property was a great match for the weather — perfect! The condo is beautiful and the right size for a twosome. The interior is as pretty as its photos. And the location makes Solvang, Santa Ynez, Los Olivos easily accessible. Property manager Michael is helpful and personable. We’ll be back!
