Wine Down in Style at our two separate 2-bedroom resort suites!

• These are two separate 2BR timeshare condos within a hotel-style apartment complex.
• There are multiple buildings in this apartment complex. While we will do our best to keep you close to each other, in the worst case it may be in a different building.

Each unit features:

• First Bedroom: King Bed.
• Second Bedroom: Queen Bed or Two Twin Beds (Some have two twin beds in the second bedroom, and some have a queen bed)
• Living Room: Sleeper Sofa.

Designed with cozy Danish touches and modern Californian comfort, each unit includes:

✔ A fully equipped kitchen with all the essentials for home-cooked meals: stove, microwave, refrigerator, and more.
✔ Two bathrooms—one in the master suite, with a second accessible for all guests.
✔ A private balcony or patio perfect for sipping local wine.
✔ A washer/dryer so you can pack light—no need to sacrifice space for extra bags.

• Each unit accommodates up to 6 guests.
• No elevator access; stairs required

Guests have access to all the listed resort amenities (which are shared), but of course, your suites are your own private space. The wonderful front desk staff can always help you with any questions.

Other things to note
- The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in.
- Since two units are assigned, two guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary guest listed as well.
- Infants and kids count towards the maximum occupancy per unit.
- The apartments are located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit; the exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.
- The resort has multiple buildings, and the assigned units may be in different buildings.
- There's limited elevator access, so stairs might be required to access your units.
