Superb!

This is a wonderful apartment, in the best location in Port Soller. Spacious inside and on the balcony, and immaculately clean and fresh when we arrived. The apartment has everything you could need including dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, etc. all in very good condition. Philippe is the perfect host and was very helpful when needed. This will be the first place we look to be available when we next visit Port Soller.

A lovely, spacious apartment with everything you need for a holiday in this gorgeous place. Great views over the port and mountains, beach a couple of minutes away and shops, restaurants and bars on the doorstep. Bus stop 10 minutes away for visits to Palma, Deia, Fornalutx, Valledemossa etc and the tram to Soller immediately outside the door. Excellent communication with Philippe throughout.

Very nice apartment with the best location in Port de Soller and amazing view from the balcony

Our family of three stayed in the apartment for five days and had a great time. The location is the best as it is within 2 minutes walk from the tram stop, the beach and all the restaurants in Port de Soller. We spent a lot of time at the balcony which has an amazing view over the bay and the mountains. Filip was very helpful and friendly and helped us with e.g. transportation from/to the airport and suggestions for hiking trips in the mountains. Everything in the apartment (kitchen, washing machine, WiFi, air condition etc) worked well. This was the perfect holiday!

Great apartment perfect location

The apartment was very clean and spacious with a fantastic view from the large balcony overlooking the harbour. Filip met us on our arrival and took us to the 3rd floor apartment we exchanged phone numbers and he was happy for us to contact him anytime if we had a problem. We also enjoyed a delicious meal in Filips restaurant Bar Albastros. I would recommend this apartment the ensuite with both bedrooms was a bonus.

Our family of four stayed at The Tram Stop and had a great time. Phillipe was very helpful and friendly, the apartment was perfectly situated about 1-2 minutes walk from the beaches and has a roomy, light feel to it. Everything (kitchen, washing machine, WiFi, etc) worked well. The air conditioning was much appreciated as we had a 38 degree heat wave for a few days. The bedrooms are quiet, positioned at the back of the apartment. Port de Soller has such a nice atmosphere - active but not too loud, very relaxed. There is a great choice of waterfront restaurants in the port, including Phillipe's (Cava and Albatross - both of which we really liked). Overall, this was the perfect break!

Perfect location in the beautiful Port

Large, bright apartment dirctly opposite the tram stop with fantastic view of the marina from a large balcony. The apartment is lovely and perfect for four adults, the third bedroom would only be suitable for a young child as it is basically a day bed. The bathrooms and kitchen are in need of updating but were clean and well equipped and the addition of comfortable seating on the balcony would be great. For those with prams a lift is available. Tiffany was lovely and very helpful. I would use this apartment again.

The apartment is in the perfect location with a big balcony to sit and relax and soak up the views of the marina and all the people coming and going. There was nothing we needed that was not there. Very nice, spacious and cosy apartment. Only negative thing is, that it is not optimal for 3 couples as the one room is a 'through' room with no own acces to bathroom. Nice hostess and every communication is very easy.

Absolutely fabulous!

A lovely spacious apartment in a brilliant location, right in the centre of beautiful Port de Soller. I was slightly concerned that it would be noisy at night given the central location but the bedrooms are at the back of the property and noise was simply not an issue. The apartment is well appointed and had everything we could need. Would love to return!

Great location!

Tiffany was very welcoming and informative, and very quick to help with any queries. There were nice touches to the apartment, such as beach towels and all the furniture, beds and bed linen were comfortable and good quality. The view is AMAZING and it is in such a brilliant location that a car may not be necessary as parking can be a bit tricky. Great restaurants and bars, a step away from the apartment but we were not disturbed by any street noise.
