Relax on the deck while watching the Loons , ducks and ducklings.. Paddle across the serene waters in a kayak or on a paddle board. Enjoy beautiful sunsets on the deck or at the community fire pit. It’s the perfect place for a peaceful and entertaining retreat.

The Lakeside Apartment is a 1500sqft, downstairs unit. You can walk down the lawn to the downstairs lakefront deck or use the door on the main story deck and walk down the stairs to access this private unit. The owners live on site in the unit above.

This is a one story daylight basement unit with;
A newly remodeled, fully stocked kitchen, spacious open concept living area with beautifull views of Longmere Lake. Designated work station, Smart TV,s WIFI, board games. There is a washer and dryer and sauna in unit.

Guest access
Park in the parking lot, you may be greeted by the owners Bernedoodle Lulu :)
Either use the first door once you step up on the main deck facing the lake, or walk down the lawn and access the door on the downstairs deck.

The entire downstairs unit is entirely yours to use. The owners live in the unit above. You will hear foot steps above you.

The yard, fire pit area and lake are common areas, that are also used by the owners and their guests.

Guests have no access to the garage or the upstairs units. You can park to the right of the garage in the parking lot.

Other things to note

1. The check out time is 11am. To avoid a late fee of $50 per hour, please ensure you depart on time. Thank you for your understanding.

2. We are on a lake in a neighborhood, noise carries. Please be mindful of the neighbors. Quiet hours on the lake are 10pm to 7am. Absolutely no parties or large gatherings.

3. Kayaks, paddle boards and all other equipment are provided at the guests own risk. All equipment must be carefully examined for safety issues. Life jackets must be worn.

4. No smoking, No pets.

5. No fish processing on the property. There are places you can take your
fish to be processed, frozen and packed to ship home.
