With views that will literally take your breath away, this beautiful 3 bedroom home provides a comfortable, inspiring space to relax and unwind while enjoying the beach lifestyle and all the amazing amenities of Solana Beach right outside your front door.

The expansive floorpan is open and inviting with the kitchen, dining room, family room and powder room all on the first floor of the home. The large wrap around balcony is a perfect spot to take in the evening sunsets over dinner or a cup of tea. Lounge with a book in the plush sectional in the family room with the fireplace flickering or challenge a family member to a board game at the game table.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all you need for whipping up a quick breakfast before heading out for a day at the beach, or prepare an elaborate dinner with family and friends. With newer stainless steel appliances, quality utensils, dishes, glassware and mugs, cutting boards, a toaster, a blender and serving platters, this tasteful kitchen will feel like your home away from home. We even have a Nespresso Machine, Kuerig machine, a drip coffee maker and a milk frother for all our coffee lovers out there.

The three bedrooms are on the top floor of the property with vaulted wood beamed ceilings. Two bedrooms have king beds and the other bedroom has a queen. Each bedroom has high-quality mattresses, linens, a ceiling fan, a TV and stunning views. The master bathroom feels like a luxury spa with a soaking tub, walk-in shower and a dual vanity. The other two bedrooms share a bathroom with a dual vanity and a large walk-in shower.

The home is equipped with beach gear including sand toys, two umbrellas, four beach chairs, a wagon, Smashball and beach towels. Also provided are a tennis and pickle ball rackets and balls, a basketball, a football and a yoga mat.

The home is an end-unit, located in the middle building of the complex with ample guest parking and two private garage parking spaces located very close to the unit.

Surfsong is a gated resort-inspired community with many great amenities including a heated oceanfront pool, hot tub and tennis and pickleball courts open to Surfsong guest and residents. Ideally located within walking distance to Fletcher Cove, one of the most beautiful beaches in all of Southern California. Enjoy the amazing ocean view park and grassy area at Fletcher Cove. Don't miss weekly Concerts At The Park in the summer months or pop up entertainment such as the famous local bubble guy who will entertain the kids for hours.

Solana Beach is a vibrant, culturally rich urban coastal town with a laid back vibe. From its beautiful beaches, parks and trails to its amazing local restaurants, bike shops and top notch organic grocery stores, Solana Beach has something for everyone.

Go surfing or hiking in the morning, walk to yoga, pilates, a salon or even a day spa in the afternoon and enjoy a great dinner at the Cucina Enoteca or ALCE in the evening, then catch a concert at the world famous Belly Up next door. People come from all over Southern California to see concerts at this unique, intimate concert venue.

Cedros Design District is a short stroll from the property. On Cedros, you will find great local coffee shops, cafes, restaurants, boutiques, art galleries and home decor shops. Carruth Urban Winery and Tasting Room is also a short stroll away, along with Culture Brewing if beer is more your thing. There’s also a fun new kombucha tasting bar right on Cedros.

The Solana Beach Farmers Market runs year round and happens every Sunday afternoon on Cedros featuring fresh local produce, artisan vendors and delicious food trucks.

The Amtrak Train Station is an easy 1/2 mile walk from the property. Take the train straight to Downtown San Diego in just 30 minutes or up to the quaint and historical San Juan Capistrano in 45 minutes.

Catch the excitement of the Del Mar Racetrack this summer and fall, only 2 miles from the property.
