Two casual dining areas flank the kitchen, each ideal for relaxed meals with views. Just beyond, a formal dining room offers an elevated space for entertaining, perfect for hosting dinner parties or gathering for special occasions.

Floor-to-ceiling glass doors invite in ocean breezes and natural light, opening to a spacious middle deck with panoramic views, outdoor lounge seating, and al fresco dining. The living room blends warmth and elegance, centered around a custom fireplace and plush sectional, and connects seamlessly to the backyard through wide sliding doors.

Outdoors, the home transforms into your own private resort. One side of the yard features a pool and spa, surrounded by lush greenery, a putting green, and a trampoline. On the opposite side, a spacious grassy lawn offers room to relax or play.
