Seascape Oro is a two bedroom, two bathroom, oceanfront condo in the Seascape Sur community which is located in beautiful Solana Beach, California.

Guests have private access to the entire two bedroom condo and two reserved garage parking spaces in a tandem configuration. The condo complex has shared access to two pools, two hot tubs, two tennis courts, the beach, and parking garage.
The condo is walking distance just 5 minutes away from the Del Mar Race Track, so it's the perfect spot for someone who wants to experience the Surf and the Turf! Solana Beach is a quiet beautiful coastal town with excellent dining and shopping options and a Sunday farmers' market - all within a few minute's drive of the condo (some are walkable!). Check out the Cedros Design District and Fletcher's Cove. You can also enjoy an easy day trip to San Diego or the Zoo, which is just 20 miles away, Sea World is 18 miles away, and Legoland is 15 miles away. The train station is walking distance, less than a mile away!
This condo does not have air conditioning, but has a wonderful ocean breeze to cool off the unit in the summer months. Please note the condo like adjacent condos along the bluff has spotty cellular service and WiFi calling is recommended when within the unit. The condo is not child proofed and it is the guest's responsibility to child proof the condo. It is the sole responsibility of the guest to make sure the condo is safe for the guest's children and any other children that may occupy the condo during guest's stay.
