BEDROOMS:
- 4 BED (1 King, 1 Queen, 1 Bunkbed (for kids) | 2 BATH
- Primary Bedroom: King Bed, smart TV, ocean-facing, en-suite bathroom, walk in closet
- Secondary Bedroom: Queen Bed, smart TV, private outdoor seating located right outside the bedroom
- Living Room 2: Couch that converts into a bunk bed for kids or small adults.

- Plenty of space for street parking right in front of the house (the garage is not meant to fit a car)

- NO SMOKING

- Quiet Hours: 10PM to 8AM
- Well-behaved pets are allowed, fees do apply (please ask us)
