POWDERIDGE #1 - 1 BEDROOM FLAT, 1 BATH - BEDDING: QUEEN BED AND QUEEN SLEEPER SOFA - This cute and cozy Powderidge flat has a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, dishwasher, and a full sized refrigerator. Enjoy the convenience of being in a slope side complex and a shuttle stop is out the front door that will take you to the Village, slopes at Soaring Eagle, and Silver Creek (skiing, night skiing, and tubing). Wood Fireplace (wood provided); Washer/Dryer; Dishwasher; Stereo/CD; TVs, DVD/VCR, and Balcony.

AMENITIES: Free WiFi, Free Long Distance Calling, and Free Resort Shuttle Service

SLOPE SIDE PET FRIENDLY NO AIR CONDITIONING

PLEASE CHECK THE AVAILABILITY OF LIFT TICKETS/LESSONS OR BIKE PARK PASSES/BIKE RENTALS/LESSONS BEFORE MAKING YOUR RESERVATION.

UPDATED HOUSE RULES:
~ Reservation holders must complete check-in requirements.
~ The reservation holder must submit a photo of their driver's license, and a selfie holding their driver's license for verification.
~ A signed Rental Agreement must be returned within 24 hours of booking.
~ Pet Friendly - Pets are limited to two, medium sized, house broken DOGS ONLY. All other animals are not allowed. Pet damages are not covered by the Damage Waiver Fee. Damages caused by your pet will be charged to your credit card on file.
~ No Smoking or Vaping.
~ No large gatherings
~ Check in time is after 4:00 PM
~ Check out time is 10:00 AM
~ Mandatory quiet hours between 10 pm and 8 am

We had a wonderful family stay. The wood-burning fireplace was perfect after a day on the slopes, with plenty of firewood provided. The kitchen was fully stocked and made meals easy. Cozy accommodations with true ski-in/ski-out access saved us tons of time, ideal for our family of four. Pet-friendly was a huge bonus. Beautiful spot. we’ll be back!

Got engaged!!

We stayed at Powderidge for a long weekend, and it was the best weekend of our lives so far. The chair lifts are right outside, the property is close to everything, and we got engaged at the slopes!!!

Perfect location

This was the perfect location - right on the slope and they groomed the snow up to the road so we could walk out and ski down. It was nice to eat breakfast in the condo and take a lunch break there to warm up being skiing the afternoon. My only issue was after scrambling to find enough pots and utensils to cook breakfast, I found them all clean in the dishwasher when I was doing the dishes. I guess the cleaning service forgot to empty it. Everything else was perfect and it even had a winter mudroom that was closed off to store skis, boots and jackets. Perfect!

Perfect location

Powderidge 01 is as close to the slopes as you can get, just at the top of Powderidge lift. This place is great for 2-3 people. Basic, but clean and CLOSE to the slopes.

Very clean and at a great location. We had a full day of snowing, but they delayed opening the slopes. We played in the snow that was being blown right next to our place. I would definitely stay here again.

Great location

Couldn’t have had a better location for the lifts! Walked only about 20 ft for the Powderidge lift. Wish the beds were more comfortable though. But overall, condo was as listed. Would stay again.

Clean cozy townhouse, literally steps away from the powderidge lift

We had a lovely time at this property. It was extremely convenient to the ski lift, but also close to some backcountry trails where i could walk my dog. The property has a washer/dryer, and they provided us with a great amount of necessities. The only feedback I would provide is I wish there was a cutting board (unless it was there and I just couldn’t find it). Thank you for a comfortable stay!

Literally ski in and out

absolutely great location! Can ski to Powderidge lift from the door/few steps to top of hill. We did not have a cutting board. The mattress in the pull out couch is very uncomfortable (even kids complained) may be better bringing air mattress! Otherwise met our needs for trip. Also this is run by a rental agency Casago and very strict check in/check out policies. The lock code does not open until exactly 4pm.

Perfect spot!

Enjoyed this place tremendously over the closing weekend of the bikepark. Literally ride right to the trails from the door, easy walks to the village, and a nice quiet spot. Truly enjoyed our stay and will look to rent this place next bike season.

Stay at Snowshoe Oct.18-21

I would have liked to have been warned that I was going to have to carry my luggage up and down the stairs. I would of liked to have had HOT water for a bath and shower. You would think that a place like SNOWSHOE could spread something on the icy parking lot to keep someone from slipping and getting injured. I would of like to have known ahead of time that there is very little businesses open during the off season. We cut our trip a day early and sacrificed a days rent because there was absolutely nothing to do, not even a decent sit down restaraunt.

Hurricane Ian Weekend

We had an excellent fall weathered weekend at Snowshoe until the rain from Hurricane Ian came through for 48 hours. We had the power go out for a few hours and were a little surprised that nobody came to check on us or give an update as to when it might come back on, but we lit a candle and cuddled up in blankets. Overall, this is a great place to stay.
